| Oil and gas enterprises are national pillar enterprises,which play a very important role in promoting national economic development,ensuring national energy security and improving people’s quality of life.However,with the proposal of China’s oil and gas system reform,the impact of technological progress on traditional oil and gas business,the clarification of the "double carbon goal" of the world’s major economies,and the continuous adjustment of regional consumption structure,supply pattern and trade and investment mode,these factors have accelerated the transformation and upgrading process of oil and gas enterprises.At present,China’s relevant oil and gas enterprises are opening the road of enterprise transformation and striving for the initiative of future development in the direction of clean,low-carbon,safe,efficient and digital in accordance with the guidance of some opinions on deepening the reform of oil and gas system and other relevant documents.The transformation ability of oil and gas enterprises affects the process of enterprise transformation and development,and determines the success of transformation and upgrading of oil and gas enterprises.In this context,it is of great significance to evaluate and study the transformation and upgrading ability of oil and gas enterprises.Firstly,through combing the literature at home and abroad,the research ideas,research contents and methods are determined.Secondly,based on literature review,this paper defines the connotation of oil and gas enterprises,enterprise transformation and transformation ability,and introduces the characteristics of oil and gas enterprise transformation and the basic theory to be used in this paper,so as to provide theoretical guidance for subsequent empirical research.Thirdly,through the literature analysis method,the evaluation index dimensions of the transformation ability of oil and gas enterprises are selected.According to the six dimensions of technology,resources,economy,environment,management and society,the evaluation index system of the transformation ability of listed oil and gas enterprises is constructed,13 secondary indicators and 35 tertiary indicators are determined,and the construction of the index system is completed.Fourth,take the listed oil and gas enterprises as samples to collect data,process the data with the help of spsspro data analysis software,weight the evaluation indicators with entropy weight method,evaluate the transformation ability of listed oil and gas enterprises with TOPSIS evaluation method,and analyze the empirical results.The empirical research results show that:(1)from 2012 to 2020,the comprehensive transformation ability score of listed oil and gas enterprises increased from 0.2067 to 0.2925,but the evolution trend is relatively fluctuating,with repeated ups and downs;(2)In the nine-year period from 2012 to 2020,there is a certain gap in the transformation ability among listed oil and gas enterprises,including 7enterprises with transformation ability scores between 0.01-0.1,16 enterprises with transformation ability scores between 0.1-0.2,22 enterprises with transformation ability scores between 0.2-0.4,10 enterprises with transformation ability scores between 0.4-0.6 and 4enterprises with transformation ability scores between 0.6-1;(3)In the nine-year period from2012 to 2020,the evolution trend of the transformation ability of listed oil and gas enterprises in six aspects: technology,resources,economy,environment,management and society is different,and the evolution trend is not gradually better with the accumulation of time,but there is a relatively large fluctuation state,and the resource integration ability even shows a downward trend.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects: sustainable innovation ability,resource integration ability,economic benefit ability,environmental governance ability,management control ability and social responsibility bearing ability,so as to provide a useful reference for improving the transformation ability of oil and gas enterprises. |
