| The measurement of oil,gas and water three-phase flow is an urgent problem to be solved in the petroleum industry.Although it has been widely studied,it is still a subject that needs long-term research.Therefore,effective new methods of oil,gas and water three-phase flow measurement are needed to solve the problem of on-line measurement of single well on the surface of three-phase flow wells,and provide new ideas for three-phase flow logging in oil wells.Based on the above reasons,this study proposes a ground measurement method of oil,gas and water three-phase flow based on phase state regulation.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,an oil-water two-phase flow metering method based on phase state regulation is proposed,and the oil-water three-phase flow metering method based on phase state regulation is deduced.The two-dimensional numerical simulation is carried out by using ANSYS software according to the principle and process of phase regulation and metering proposed in this study to optimize the regulator and metering device,and the final scheme of the experimental prototype of the regulator and metering device is determined.According to the two-dimensional simulation results,the three-dimensional simulation is used to simulate the metering process of oil,gas and water three-phase flow.The experimental results show that the prediction error of oil content is 0.7 % and the prediction error of gas content is 0.2 %,which meets the error requirements,and proves the feasibility of the ground metering method of oil,gas and water three-phase flow based on phase regulation.In the study of the phase transition point positioning and phase identification method in the measurement process,the energy demodulation algorithm and wavelet multi-scale analysis are combined to locate the phase transition point in the phase state regulation process,and the cumulative time of each phase is calculated.The phase state in the phase state regulation process is clustered and identified by the combination of energy demodulation algorithm and grey correlation clustering algorithm.The phase transition point positioning and phase identification method verification experiments of two-phase flow and oil,gas and water three-phase flow are carried out.The experimental results show that the phase transition point positioning is accurate and the phase identification accuracy is high.The data acquisition and display system is built by using Lab VIEW,data acquisition card and sensor group.The maximum error of the data acquisition system is 1.87 %,which meets the experimental requirements.The measurement experiment and analysis of oil-water two-phase flow and oil-gas-water three-phase flow are carried out by using the phase state control counter prototype and the built data acquisition and display system.The experimental results show that the flow measurement accuracy of water phase,oil phase and gas phase is better than 3.80%,which proves that the ground measurement method of oil-gas-water three-phase flow based on phase state control has high accuracy.At the same time,the repeatability experiment of the control counter is carried out,and the experimental mean square deviation is less than 1.00 %,which proves that the measurement repeatability of the ground measurement device is good.The above experiments prove that this study provides an effective method for accurate measurement of oil,gas and water three-phase flow,and can complete the measurement task of three-phase flow in oilfield production. |
