With the advent of the information age,the demand for optoelectronic devices is increasing.Single performance devices have gradually been unable to meet the rapid development of industry.The development of multi-functional novel optoelectronic materials is the material basis for the development of optoelectronic industry in the future.Ferroelectric materials have many excellent properties and are important materials for the development of new optoelectronic devices.However,the previous studies mainly focused on the electrical properties of these materials,but little attention was given on the optical properties.For this traditional materials,it is important to explore new physical properties and explore new mechanisms.Therefore,based on the titanium/niobium traditional ferroelectric materials,the following studies are carried out:(1)A new type of Sr Bi8Ti7O27based photochromic materials was synthesized.The phase structure and microstructure were characterized,and the upconversion(UC)luminescence,photochromism,and electropolarization properties were explored.The reversible regulation of upconversion luminescence was realized.Finally,the relationship between UC luminescence and photochromic effect was analyzed and the potential application of the samples in information storage was explored.(2)The effect of electric polarization on the UC luminescence regulation of Ca Bi8Ti7O27based photochromic materials was explored.The influence of factors on UC regulation was revealed.The mechanism of UC luminescence regulation,photochromism and polarization enhancement was analyzed.It is believed that these materials have important applications in optical storage and security.(3)A new type of Bi7Ti4Nb O21based intelligent fluorescent material which can be controlled by light-heat and light-light was synthesized.The UC luminescence,photochromism,and coupling properties of the materials were researched.The reversible UC luminescence and photochromism were achieved by light-heat and light-light controlled.The mechanism of UC luminescence modulation and photochromism was discussed.The application in optical information storage were explored.
