| Since the Industrial Revolution,human beings,in order to meet their own needs of survival and development,constantly put pressure on the bearing capacity of nature under the dual dimension of time and space,even surpassing the threshold of natural self-recovery and self-bearing,resulting in resource shortage,energy depletion,environmental degradation,ecological imbalance,and frequent major public health events.Beautiful China Initiative is an objective demand,which is China’s reflection and response to the current ecological crisis,which is referred to primarily in the 18 th NCCPC(National Congress of the Communist Party of China),and then explained in strategic documents in the 19 th NCCPC.This political declaration is a scientific answer to “what kind of ecological China to build and how to build it”,is about the orientation and choice of China’s future development direction and development mode,and is also an organic combination of instrumental rationality and value rationality in the process of reflecting on history and planning for the future.Promoting Beautiful China Initiative is long-term and complicated system engineering.It was established and grown by relying on technologically ecology conversion,which is nonsubstitutable as a significant and skillful assist.Currently,the abundant thoughts included in Marxism View of Science and Technology are of great significance to solve issues in ecological environment with ecological science and technology in our country,establish a new ecological civilization view,enrich the theoretical connotation of ecological science and technology and carry out practical activities of Beautiful China Initiative.Therefore,it is necessary for us to systematically analyze and interpret the Scientific and Technological View of Marxism again,so as to better excavate the essence of theory from the Scientific and Technological View of Marxism and provide a strong impetus for Beautiful China Initiative at the present stage.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.Through the multi-angle analysis,this paper concludes the relevant research in domestic and foreign academic community in recent years,and expounds the main points,obstracles,creations and deficiencies of paper writing.thus laying the foundation for the later writing.The second part is to elaborate on the related concepts and the theoretical foundation.First of all,the core connotations of the terms involved in the paper,such as “science”,“technology”,“science and technology”,“ecological science and technology” and “Beautiful China Initiative” are explained;then,based on Marx’s original works,the ecological thought contained in Scientific and Technological View of Marxism is combed in this paper to provide a theoretical source for Beautiful China Initiative.The third part dissects and concludes the status quo of the construction of "Beautiful China" from Marxist view of science and technology.In combination with the current situation of the Beautiful China Initiative in China,the achievements of ecological science and technology in the Beautiful China Initiative and the existing difficulties are further analyzed,so as to guide the development of ecological science and technology in the future.The fourth part is to probe into the specific construction road of Beautiful China under the vision of Marxist science and technology view.Guided by Scientific and Technological View of Marxism,how to cultivate "ecological man" and apply science and technology ecologically to accelerate ecological economic construction,ecological science and technology system reform and ecological social development is discussed so as to realize the double liberation of man and nature. |
