Domestic steel enterprises by the rapid development of recent decades,domestic steel overcapacity,the continuous improvement of labor costs,corporate profits decline,especially in the 2010 years later,many domestic steel enterprises by promoting transformation and upgrading of iron and steel enterprises,and accelerate the modernization process equipment,large scale,improve product quality,promote energy conservation and emissions reduction,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,phase out backward production line,thus improve the iron and steel enterprise profits,in order to reduce labor cost,enterprises on the degree of automation production line electrical control system request is higher and higher.Rod wire production line at home and abroad are introduced in this relationship with your port bar production line construction,understand your port rod production process,through production and technical personnel with the owner party in-depth technical exchanges,understanding on the owner party bar production line to the specific requirements of the electric control system,and combining the successful experience in the electric control system of the domestic and foreign advanced bar rolling line,electric control system of the design a set of bar rolling line.The system mainly consists of five control subsystems:l0kV high-voltage power supply and distribution control system,10kV high-voltage harmonic filter and reactive power compensation control system,electrical frequency conversion transmission control system,basic automation control system and production coordination and management system.The 10kV high voltage power supply and distribution control system adopts the single bus segment operation mode to improve the reliability of each electric load.The microcomputer integrated protection system is used for the protection of each high voltage electric equipment,realizing the unattended system and reducing the labor cost of the enterprise.The input of 10kV high voltage harmonic filter and reactive power compensation control system obviously improves the power quality of the power system,and effectively improves the power quality and efficiency of the 10kV high voltage power supply and distribution system of the production line.The technical scheme of public dc mode with feedback unit is used in the electrical frequency conversion drive control system.The basic automatic control system adopts micro-tension control.tension-free control and multi-scale flying shear to optimize shear and other control functions to improve the product yield.Production coordination and management system realized production organization management,scheduling management,information entry,production information,statements statistics and other five major functions,the establishment of communication modules,production coordination and management system and the upper and lower system real-time data communication,improve the efficiency of enterprise management.The bar electrical control system designed in this paper will be put into use in guigang bar production line in early 2019.Since it was put into operation,it has been very stable and won unanimous praise from users,which has reduced labor intensity of workers,reduced labor costs of enterprises,and helped improve product quality and production efficiency to reach the expected design goal.
