Since the new century,with the rapid expansion of iron and steel metallurgy in China,iron and steel enterprises have shown large-scale development.According to the national steel industry adjustment policy,the main configuration of iron making in the steel enterprise process will be more than 1200m3 blast furnace in the future.In the current charging system of blast furnace ironmaking,the bell less top system with gear box driving rotary chute is absolutely in the leading position.The bell less top distribution system has the advantages of flexible distribution,reasonable material level,easy maintenance of building block structure and long service life.Because the distribution system occupy an important position in the blast furnace smelting process and that is the only measure.If the bell less top distribution system fails or the operation is error,it will lead to a significant impact of blast furnace blowing down.That how to use the advanced automatic control system realize the fast and efficient operation of bell less top distribution system,and that how to realize remote real-time online monitoring of distribution process is a practical subject.Based on the background of bell less top burden system of 4#2500m3 blast furnace in Isdemir steel plant,this paper analyzes the process characteristics,system structure and working principle of the top charging system,and uses the top burden tank weighing device with pressure compensation and the hydraulic proportional valve to drive the charge flow regulating valve to design the top automation control system of 4#2500m3 blast furnace in isdemir steel plant.It have realized the functions of system loading control,pressure equalizing and discharging control,weighing control of weighing tank,uniform distribution control,automatic detection of material level system with feeler gauge,hydraulic system drive,etc.By using the ore and coke curve table which can be readable and writable and self-correcting function,the angel setting of distributing opening of material flow valve can be calculated automatically according to the actual weight,it can realize the uniform distributing of blast furnace;by controlling the opening of material flow valve and the tilting angle of chute,it can realize the adjustment of proportion valve according to the deviation between the actual angle and the theoretical angle,and it can realize the quick and accurate opening and tilting angle of material flow valve Positioning.Adopt the redundancy design method of frequency converter or proportional valve to drive the key equipment such as tilting angle,rotation angle and material flow valve on the BF top.That can ensure that the failure of key equipment will not affect the production progress of the blast furnace or the rapid recovery within the shortest time,and that can ensure the stable production of the blast furnace.According to the operation requirements of the bell less top distribution in the steel plant,the on-line monitoring requirements for the distribution controller are put forward at the right time,and the health index model of the distribution controller is proposed by referring to other disciplines.At the same time,the control strategy and corresponding control algorithm of the online monitoring system are designed.Then the complete and detailed design and implementation of the 4#blast furnace distributor online monitoring system is carried out.The system includes hardware configuration,data acquisition module,data processing module,data management module and human-machine interface.At present,the blast furnace roof cloth control and online monitoring system designed and implemented in this paper has completed the actual production operation.After the actual production inspection,the system runs stably and has a good response.
