Study On Resolving Financial Difficulties Of Steel Enterprises

With the development of China’s economy,the attention of enterprises in financial difficulties has gradually improved,some scholars have gained a certain understanding of the formation reasons,early warning mechanism and the resumption of normal operation,but the current academic circle has less in-depth analysis of non-listed enterprises.How to properly handle the development dilemma of enterprises trapped in financial difficulties is not only to effectively implement the supply-side structural reform,but also to explore a new path for starting domestic demand and realizing high-quality economic development.This paper first defines the concept of financial dilemma,asset restructuring,debt restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization,and clarifies the relationship between financial dilemma and debt reorganization,asset reorganization and bankruptcy.Then,through the method of case analysis,with Bohai Iron and Steel as a sample,in-depth analysis of the dual role of China’s economic development and industry factors,the enterprise from financial difficulties to choose the recovery path of bankruptcy reorganization rebirth process.This case will provide some reference basis for improving the research on how to explore the optimal recovery path of Chinese enterprises getting out of trouble.Finally,through summarizing the modern enterprise financial management and business management means adopted by Bohai Iron and Steel in getting rid of the dilemma,it can provide a reference enterprise blueprint for the development of the same type of enterprises in China.Using the research method combining statistical analysis and case analysis,it provides the reference significance and the decision-making reference value for the enterprises in financial difficulties in how to solve the crisis combined with their own situation.
