In recent years,due to the improvement of environmental policy requirements,compound phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor in industrial cooling water treatment has been vigorously promoted and applied,but also exposed the shortcomings of this type of pharmaceutical.First,the use of phosphate-free agents is more expensive,and the performance of phosphate-free corrosion inhibitors is insufficient;second,there are difficulties in the daily monitoring of the agents.Therefore,we developed a micro-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor,which meets the environmental standards and has excellent corrosion and scale inhibition performance and low cost of use,and can be quickly industrialized and applied.In this paper,the components of the formula were determined by testing the corrosion inhibition,scale inhibition,dispersion,and zinc stabilization properties of the single agent,and the final dosing ratios of the components of the microphosphorus formulation were determined by response surface and neural network model optimization and functional compounding:6,6’-[[6[(carboxymethyl)amino]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl]diimino]bis[hexanoic acid]4 mg/L,PBTCA(2phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid)0.8 mg/L,PESA(polyepoxysuccinic acid)4 mg/L,Zn2+3 mg/L,AA/AMPS(acrylic acid-2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid)3 mg/L,BTA(benzotriazole)0.5 mg/L.The formula has good corrosion and scale inhibition properties,good compatibility with biocide 1227(dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride),and good environmental adaptability.By fitting the adsorption isotherm equation of the formula,we found that the adsorption of the formula on the surface of carbon steel basically conforms to the Langmuir isotherm;Quantum chemical calculations and molecular dynamics simulations show that the triazine corrosion inhibitor is mainly ligated by the nitrogen atoms on the molecule and forms feedback bonds with the Fe surface through short-chain carboxylic acid groups,thus spontaneously adsorbs on the Fe surface in parallel and plays a good role in corrosion inhibition;Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)of the scale sample shows that the composition of the formula can effectively destroy the normal growth of CaCO3 crystals and cause lattice distortion phenomenon.
