Organic dye is considered as the main source of water pollution,and the treatment of organic dye wastewater is paid more and more attention by people.The adsorption of methyl blue in aqueous solution by polyacrylate-acrylamide/polyvinyl alcohol@polydopamine(PAA-AM/PVA@PDA)composite was studied.Due to the high specific surface area of electrostatic spinning nanofibers and the rich "adhesion" functional groups of polydopamine,the prepared composite material shows high adsorption performance for methyl blue and good reuse performance,which makes it a potential application prospect in organic dye wastewater treatment.PAA-AM/PVA superabsorbent nanofiber membranes were prepared by aqueous solution polymerization and electrostatic spinning.It was found that the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of acrylate-acrylamide/polyvinyl alcohol polymers were seriously affected by the rotational speed of the aqueous solution polymerization.The polymer solution with viscosity,surface tension and conductivity in a suitable range can be used as spinning solution for electrostatic spinning.After heat treatment,the PVA and PAA-AM,which had been running through the molecular chain of PAA-AM,and the crosslinking agent took place in the primary fiber,and the hygroscopicity of the fiber changed with the change of heat treatment temperature and time.PAA-AM/PVA superabsorbent nanofiber membrane has good moisture absorption and methyl blue adsorption ability,but poor reuse performance.Based on the preparation of PAA-AM/PVA superabsorbent nanofiber membrane,PAA-AM/PVA@PDA composite was prepared by dopamine self-polymerization.The equilibrium adsorption capacity of PAA-AM/PVA@PDA-3 was up to 426.7mg/g,and after five cycles of adsorption,The equilibrium adsorption capacity can still reach 375.7mg/g,with good reuse performance.The adsorption of methyl blue dye by PAAAM/PVA@PDA conforms to Langmuir adsorption isotherm model and quasi-secondorder kinetic equation,and the adsorption process is spontaneous exothermic reaction.The results of SEM,EDS,FT-IR,TG and XPS showed that polydopamine successfully coated PAA-AM/PVA.
