| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the passenger flow of China’s airports has increased sharply,and the airport garbage has also increased exponentially.How to deal with these wastes is extremely urgent.Garbage classification move along with our country’s national promotion,the design of the classification dustbin arises at the historic moment,but the classification dustbin is the only trash can increase,the classification of different sticker,most people in the face of a wide variety of classification of items is difficult to make the right choice,cause people to waste more time in memory classification knowledge,caused the people of psychological anxiety.Therefore,this paper focuses on the classification and treatment of airport waste,and designs an airport smart trash can based on user experience.Intelligent ashbin as the research object,based on the airport to airport passengers and staff for the study of user,user experience research,through the analysis of the user design elements,user experience design and development process,according to the user experience design principle such as user experience related theory,combined with the literature research,using the Kano model to users has carried on the questionnaire survey,The hidden psychological needs of users for the design elements of airport intelligent trash can are obtained.By optimizing the better-Worse calculation results of the Questionnaire results of Kano model,prioritizing the requirements of product functional design elements,and making the product demand characteristics according to the priority order,the intelligent identification and classification of garbage are finally taken as the main functions of airport garbage cans.Furthermore,further in-depth analysis is made on the user experience requirements of airport smart trash cans,user role model is established,the design positioning of airport smart trash cans is clarified,and the detailed analysis of design is improved,which provides a design basis for the following product design.In view of the design of airport intelligent garbage bin,the design positioning of the product is analyzed and its functions are defined according to the demand type.Machine vision technology is used for intelligent garbage identification and automatic opening and closing of garbage delivery port to complete intelligent garbage classification.The ultrasonic ranging system can monitor the height of garbage in real time,prevent garbage overflow,and realize the automatic packing function of garbage bags.Through the analysis of ergonomics in the process of use,the overall size of the product is determined,the CMF of airport smart trash can is analyzed,and the appearance design of airport smart trash can is improved.Based on the user experience study of airport smart trash can design,the intelligentization in the process of airport garbage identification and classification is finally realized,the product details of airport smart trash can are improved,and the airport smart trash can is more green and environmentally friendly,providing a new design idea and direction for the future smart trash can design. |
