| In recent years,although the development of mahogany furniture industry is booming,the overall level of China’s mahogany furniture manufacturing lags behind the overall industry development.Ingredient section is the first link in mahogany furniture production with problems of weak normativity,imperfect program formulation and dependence of ingredient staff on manual experience,etc.Thus,the study of ingredient cost optimization scheme suitable for mahogany furniture has become the first step to reduce production costs for mahogany furniture enterprises.The research object of this project is the company Y’ s mahogany furniture for dining table.The research is to help enterprises to optimize the ingredient cost from two aspects of ingredient efficiency and material utilization.The main research contents are:(1)The analysis of ingredient technology and difficulties of mahogany furniture.The literature analysis method and field research method are used to sort out the ingredient equipment,ingredient quality standards,ingredient requirements,ingredient process and ingredient method of mahogany furniture and form a systematic knowledge system of mahogany furniture ingredient process.After the internship of the enterprise,the existing ingredient method of the ingredient staff is observed and the problems existing in the current ingredient section are specified;the production staff of the enterprise are interviewed to clarify the technical difficulties of ingredients.(2)The analysis of the ingredients cost influencing factors of the mahogany furniture for dining table.Through the comparative analysis method to compare the difference between the traditional ingredient cost and the ingredient cost based on the grouping technology,the impact of labor cost and material cost on the ingredient cost is studied.Thus,it is clear that the realization of ingredient cost optimization needs to start from two points,that is,standardizing the way of ingredient,improving the material utilization rate;using comprehensive method to achieve a variety of dining table combination ingredients,improving the efficiency of ingredient.(3)Ingredient cost optimization scheme of mahogany furniture for dining table.According to the development needs of the mahogany furniture industry,the scheme design concept is proposed.Combined with the above research on the current ingredients,the difficulties of ingredients and the influencing factors of ingredient costs and according to the basic work requirements of cost management,the design principles of the ingredient cost optimization scheme are summarized.Then,the design principles are summarized and classified into 3 practical optimization measures.Finally,the form of the ingredient system is established as the realization path of the scheme design and the optimization measures are as the function of the ingredient system.(4)Ingredient cost optimization scheme of mahogany furniture for dining table.According to the development needs of the mahogany furniture industry,the scheme design concept is proposed.Combined with the above research on the current ingredients,the difficulties of ingredients and the influencing factors of ingredient costs and according to the basic work requirements of cost management,the design principles of the ingredient cost optimization scheme are summarized.Then,the design principles are summarized and classified into 3 practical optimization measures.Finally,the form of the ingredient system is established as the realization path of the scheme design and the optimization measures are as the function of the ingredient system. |
