In recent years,various natural disasters and emergencies have occurred frequently,bringing huge impacts and damages to cities,which will bring great losses and impacts to urban socio-economic development and people’s lives.Adopting nature-based solutions represented by green infrastructure to build resilient cities has become an international hot spot.At present,the research on green infrastructure has set off a boom at home and abroad,but there are few studies on green infrastructure resilience,and most of them stay at the stage of theoretical research as well as city scale,and there are obvious deficiencies in the research on green infrastructure resilience at the community scale.Community is the basic unit for perceiving disaster risk,and community green infrastructure,as an important component of community,strengthening its resilience is of great significance to enhance the ability of community to cope with crisis.Therefore,this paper measures the resilience of green infrastructure from the resilience theory and constructs an evaluation model from the community scale,the main contents of which include.(1)summarize the current status of domestic and international research and identify the shortcomings of existing research,for example,research mainly focuses on city-scale resilience,with few studies focusing on the community scale and fewer forming evaluation systems.Therefore,this paper identifies the community-scale green infrastructure resilience evaluation as the research objective.(2)By defining the relevant concepts,we analyze the impact of different functions of community green infrastructure on resilience,i.e.,how community green infrastructure responds to crises through its own functions,and extract the key factors affecting resilience from them.(3)Identify the functions of different dimensions of community green infrastructure,and determine the resilience evaluation index system of community green infrastructure through literature analysis and expert screening,specifically including four environmental dimension indicators,four social indicators,four economic dimension indicators,and four technical dimension indicators.(4)Based on the collected indicator relative importance questionnaire data,the weights of indicators within the 4 dimensions and 16 dimensions were calculated using ANP network hierarchical analysis,and the preliminary optimization ideas of community green infrastructure resilience were proposed based on the ranking of indicator weights.(5)Five typical communities in Zhengzhou City were selected as cases and the TOPSIS method was applied to evaluate the cases relatively.By scoring the case community resilience indicators,the positive and negative ideal solutions as well as the relative ideal solution distances were calculated for each community,and optimization strategies were proposed based on the relative strengths and weaknesses of each community’s green infrastructure resilience.This paper focuses on community-scale green infrastructure resilience research and constructs a community-scale green infrastructure resilience evaluation method in order to effectively improve its resilience,and also provides a new perspective for community green infrastructure resilience governance,which is important for improving urban resilience.
