In the field of life and industry,various parts,equipment and pipeline systems made of carbon steel materials will be used,which will be used under the working conditions containing various corrosive media,reduce the service life and may cause safety problems.By preparing coatings with excellent performance to separate the corrosive media and the inner wall surface of the workpiece for surface protection,the corrosion resistance of carbon steel can be improved and the production cost can be greatly reduced.In this paper,high frequency induction cladding technology is used to study the feasibility of preparing composite enamel coating on the surface of 45 steel,test the properties of composite enamel coating,and finally try to improve the density of enamel coating by microwave heating post-treatment technology.Enamel material has the characteristics of low melting point,corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties.In this study,the industrial undercoat was used to prepare the undercoat on the substrate.Muffle furnace was used to sinter and select different mixed materials,and finally adjust the proportion of nepheline powder in industrial enamel to prepare three kinds of composite enamel powder.In the scheme of gradient heating,high frequency induction cladding technology was used to prepare enamel coating.The enamel coating prepared by Muffle furnace cladding and high frequency induction cladding were comprehensively compared.The bonding mode,porosity and corrosion resistance of enamel coating prepared by induction cladding were tested.Finally,the densification of the coating was improved by microwave post-treatment.The experimental results show that adding proper nepheline powder to industrial enamel powder can improve the fluidity of enamel slurry,and the enamel coating prepared by induction cladding is slightly better than muffle furnace cladding,the mechanical impact power is increased by 8.27%,the coating will not collapse in a large area after impact,and the cladding efficiency is greatly improved.The performance test of enamel shows that the bending strength is up to 83.9 MPa.The maximum mechanical impact energy is 3.48 J.The lowest porosity is 1.134%.The maximum hardness is 652.1 HV;It is proved that the enamel coating prepared by high frequency induction cladding has excellent corrosion resistance.Finally,the samples after microwave heating were corroded by hydrofluoric acid.By observing the surface morphology,it was found that the precipitates of silicate decreased,and the proportion of precipitates in the total area decreased by 6.6%compared with that tested without microwave heating.Pore reduction is greatly reduced;Finally,the impact resistance was verified by mechanical impact energy,and the impact resistance was increased by 3%,and the mechanical impact energy of different positions was uniform in several samples,which proved that microwave post-heating can improve the density of enamel coating.In conclusion,the enamel coating prepared by highfrequency induction cladding technology has excellent comprehensive performance and high preparation efficiency,which can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of carbon steel products and improve the safety of use.
