Lingwu jujube is a special variety in Ningxia.It has excellent texture,crisp texture and high nutritional value,and is very popular in the consumer market.One of the most important indicators for evaluating the quality of Lingwu jujube is the sugar content.The maturity and flavor of the Lingwu jujube are closely related to the sugar content.Traditional detection methods such as the use of a glucometer are destructive and inefficient.Using near-infrared spectroscopy to detect sugar content is fast,accurate,simple and non-destructive,but its core equipment is large and cannot meet the needs of on-site detection.Therefore,from the perspective of portability,this paper designs and implements the detection system based on the sugar content index of Lingwu jujube combined with MicroNIR1700 near-infrared spectroscopy engine,mobile terminal and server side,and provides new ideas for the purpose of real-time acquisition of sugar content information in on-site detection.The main findings are as follows:(1)The overall architecture design of the portable near-infrared spectroscopy detection system.Be demand-oriented,analyze the functions that each part of the system needs to implement,and choose a platform that can carry the functions of each part of the system.Taking the MicroNIR1700 near-infrared spectroscopy engine as the core,using the Android mobile phone to run the designed APP as a mobile terminal,combined with the server side to realize the rapid collection,transmission and processing of raw spectral data between various parts of the system,and finally send the detection results to the mobile terminal function of the terminal.(2)Dual-platform software is designed for a portable near-infrared spectroscopy detection system.Using Android Studio software combined with JAVA language to develop an APP containing multiple functional modules,combine C#4.0 on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2021 platform,select the browser/server mode and load the Microsoft SQL Server 2019 database design server-side software.It realizes the control of the spectrum engine on the mobile terminal and the server side,the collection of location information,the setting of detection parameters,the acquisition and upload of original spectral images,the download and display of models and detection results,the management of sample information and task information,and the data analysis of sample quality information,etc.(3)Verification of portable near-infrared spectroscopy detection system functionality.Test the overall use process of the system,measure the sugar content of Lingwu jujube,establish and verify the sugar content prediction model in the system,compare and obtain the best pretreatment method,use a competitive adaptive weighting algorithm to extract characteristic wavelengths,and optimize the best Lingwu jujube sugar content.Predict the model,and finally test the stability of the system.The results show that the multivariate scattering correction method is the best preprocessing method,and the model established by the least squares regression prediction method after extracting the characteristic wavelengths with the competitive adaptive weighting algorithm has the best effect.Its’ Rc and Rp are 0.937 and 0.823 respectively.And RMSEP are 0.767 and 1.464 respectively.After 180 minutes of testing,the recorded data range of sugar content detection is 0.1,the standard deviation is 0.12,and the stability of the system is good. |
