In recent years,with the rapid development of flexible electronic devices,flexible transparent electrode has become one of the important components of flexible electronic devices,and has been widely used in the fields of flexible display screen,electronic skin,flexible electric heater and so on.This paper mainly studied the flexible transparent electrode with ordered silver nanowires(Ag NWs)bundle meshes(Ag BMs)structure prepared by freetemplate spraying method.The research contents included the preparation method,the photoelectric properties,stability and thermal properties of Ag BMs electrode and its application in heater.The main results are as follows:①Using the "coffee-ring" effect,the ordered Ag BMs network structure was obtained without template by spray-coating method,and then the embedded Ag BMs flexible transparent electrode was prepared by transfer method.②The ordered Ag BMs network structure was partially transferred and embedded into polyethylene terephthalate(PET)substrate to prepare Ag BMs/ePET flexible transparent electrode.Due to the ordered Ag BMs network structure,Ag BMs/ePET flexible transparent electrode had uniform sheet resistance.Moreover,the stability of Ag BMs/ePET flexible transparent electrode had also been greatly improved due to the large-diameter Ag BMs network structure and the protective effect of PET substrate.For the Ag BMs/ePET flexible transparent electric heater,the thermal performance was investigated,including the relationship between thermal response time and substrate thickness,the relationship between steady-state saturation temperature and device resistance and size.This flexible Ag BMs/ePET electric heater showed excellent heating performance,of which temperature distribution was uniform over the entire film.When the sheet resistance was~19.4 ohm/sq and the input voltage was 6 V,the steady-state saturation temperature can reach 134℃,and the response time was 5 s.③Because Ag BMs/ePET flexible transparent electrode was not stretchable,the stretchable substrate of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)with conductive materials of Ag NWs and liquid metal indium gallium alloy(EGaIn)were employed to prepare stretchable transparent Ag BMs@EGaln/ePDMS electrode.It was found that the EGaIn would improve stretchability of Ag BMs@EGaIn/ePDMS transparent electrode.Then the effect of liquid metal on the performance of stretchable transparent Ag BMs@EGaIn/ePDMS electric heater was explored.This stretchable transparent Ag BMs@EGaIn/ePDMS electric heater with ordered network structure can still maintain 50%of the original temperature at 20%stretch,which provided a new approach for wearable thermal therapy with uniform heat distribution.
