| As an indispensable and important resource on the earth,soil is the material basis for human survival and agricultural production,and is related to the stability of the natural ecological environment and the sustainable development of society and economy.Recently,with the evolution of human society,the current situation of soil environment in China is worrying.The problem of soil pollution has become an urgent issue for the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful China as well as the construction of modern socialist country in China.As a province rich in non-ferrous metals,Yunnan has a particularly serious problem of heavy metal contamination in its soil.With high attention to soil environmental protection and implemented a series of major soil pollution prevention and control projects.Those projects obtained comprehensive and accurate basic data on the national soil environmental quality of agricultural land and enterprise land,which provide reliable data support for assessing soil pollution status and analyzing potential risks.Soil environmental quality data has a large span of time and space,and involves a wide range of areas.It is a typical massive spatiotemporal data with spatial distribution characteristics.With the thorough implementation of soil pollution prevention and control,the information management of soil environmental quality data has become especially important.However,due to the late start of soil environmental quality monitoring informatization in Yunnan Province,there is currently no standardized and unified data standard to integrate soil environmental quality data with the characteristics of diversification,isomerization,and space-time,thereby resulting in data fragmentation and diversification and the lack of a unified soil environmental quality spatial database and a visualized soil environmental pollution information platform.Finally,it cannot support the management business and decision-making needs of the soil environmental management department.Aiming at the problems existing in the information management of soil pollution prevention and control in Yunnan Province,this paper researches,designs and develops the Web Geographic Information System(WebGIS)platform for soil environmental quality in Yunnan Province to realize the information,scientific and visual management and analysis of soil environmental quality in Yunnan Province and provide technical and information assistance for soil environmental quality monitoring departments to carry out classification management of agricultural land,access management of construction land,pollution supervision and prevention and protection,pollution control and restoration and other soil environmental governance.The main work content of this article is as follows:(1)Collect,sort,clean,integrate and analyze the soil environmental quality data of relevant departments in Yunnan Province over the years,study and formulate technical standards for soil environmental quality data collection in Yunnan Province,and standardize the collection process,data content,data coding,Analytical testing,etc.(2)Design and build a database of soil environmental quality in Yunnan Province,and realize the conversion and data storage of soil environmental quality data in Yunnan Province.(3)The single-factor pollution index method,the Nemerow comprehensive index method and the analytic hierarchy process are integrated to construct an evaluation and analysis model of soil heavy metal pollution,and evaluate the soil heavy metal pollution in Yunnan Province.(4)Using visualization technology,the results of soil heavy metal pollution assessment and analysis are rendered in point map,heat map and three-dimensional histogram to visually display the distribution characteristics of soil heavy metal pollution characteristics,and provide auxiliary decision-making for soil pollution prevention and restoration by relevant environmental departments.(5)Based on ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS API for JavaScript,and using the technologies of VueJS,Echarts and NodeJS of Web architecture,the WebGIS platform for soil environmental quality in Yunnan Province is researched,designed and developed.With the functions of information management of soil environmental quality data,WebGIS display of soil data,assessment of heavy metals in soil pollution,and visualization of heavy metal pollution in soil,the platform has been practically applied to ecological environment monitoring and related management departments in Yunnan Province,and has effectively improved the management efficiency and decision-making ability of soil environmental pollution prevention and control in Yunnan Province. |
