Research On Operation Safety Risk Management Of Z Power Supply Bureau

Safety is the premise of development,and development is the guarantee of safety.The current and future period is a critical period for the high-quality development of the power system.Entering a new stage of development is also a period of high incidence of various contradictions and risks,Risk factors increased significantly.The safety of the power system is the basis for the normal operation of the economy and society.It is directly related to the prosperity and stability of the country,the people’s electricity needs for a better life and the healthy and sustainable development of the economy and society.So,strengthening safety risk management is particularly important.At the same time,the problem of current operation safety risk management is still relatively prominent,and personal injury accidents of electric power enterprises still occur frequently.Accidents may not only cost workers their lives,but also affect the normal production and operation of enterprises and the safety and stability of society.Therefore,it is very important to study the operation safety risk management for power supply enterprises.Taking Z Power Supply Bureau as an example,this paper studies its operation safety risk management,through case analysis,interviews,questionnaires and other methods,systematically analyzes its operation safety risk management status from the aspects of safety management,the construction of safety risk management system and operation safety risk management,and points out the problems and deficiencies existing in the operation safety risk management.First,the identification of operational risks was incomplete;second,individual indicators of the assessment methods for operational risks were difficult to quantify;the database of operational safety risks was imperfect;Third,the implementation of work safety risk management and control measures was not in place,and fourth,the risk management work was not summarized and improved in a timely manner.Relevant countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing operation safety risk management are given from the aspects of strengthening operation risk factor analysis and risk identification,improving risk assessment methods,strengthening the implementation of risk management and control measures,implementing risk management supervision and improvement,and improving the safety risk awareness of operators.It has certain reference significance for improving the operation safety risk management level of power supply enterprises.
