The(Bi2O31-x(Sc2O3x(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05)powder crystals were prepared by solid-phase sintering.X-ray diffraction experiments were performed on several samples at room temperature, and the RIETAN-2000 program was used. The Rietveld analytical method and the VEND,PRIMA and VICS programs in the study respectively studied the crystal structure,iso-high electron density(2D and 3D),atomic coordination number and atomic thermal vibration isotropy factor B of several samples, using synchronous heat The analyzer studied the thermal stability of several samples.First, weigh 10g of(Bi2O31-x(Sc2O3x(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05)powder crystals according to the molar mass ratio,Prepare(Bi2O31-x(Sc2O3x(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05)powder crystals using a common box-type high-temperature furnace and perform X-ray diffraction experiments on them and obtain their respective X-ray diffraction patterns. The crystal structure of the powder crystal is refined through the Rietveld module in the RIETAN-2000program,so that the lattice constant of the powder crystal used, the isotropic temperature factor B produced when atomic heat vibrates, the coordination number of atoms, and the distance between atoms can be obtained.parameter.Using MEM(Maximum Entropy Method)analysis method to analyze(Bi2O31-x(Sc2O3xpowder crystals, the contour electron density distribution map of the sample can be obtained, and the contour electron density is three-dimensional(3D)and plane(2D)The visualization becomes a reality.Secondly, using a synchronous thermal analyzer to conduct thermal analysis experiments on the prepared samples, the DSC and TG curves of each sample were obtained and their thermal stability was analyzed.
