Research On Harmless Treatment And Management Of Animal Carcasses And Waste Meat Products In Guangzhou

As early as March 2016,the general office of Guangzhou Municipal People’s government issued the regulations on the treatment and management of animal carcasses and waste meat products in Guangzhou in the form of normative documents(hereinafter referred to as the regulations).Due to various reasons,the collection,transportation,harmless treatment,supervision and management of animal carcasses and waste meat products in the regulations have not been established,resulting in the floating of dead pigs on the surface of the Pearl River from time to time in recent years There are incidents that affect social stability and government authority,such as substandard meat products flowing into citizens’ tables.In order to promote the high-quality development of the harmless treatment of animal carcasses and waste meat products and create a cleaner,clean,safe and orderly urban environment,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,and takes the current collection,transportation and harmless treatment management of animal carcasses and waste meat products in Guangzhou as the research object to deeply find out the existing problems and causes of the problems.According to the research findings,the main problems are as follows: first,there is no special supervision organization and the collection points(rooms)are not standardized;second,the collection system is imperfect and imperfect;third,the transportation vehicles are not unified and the transportation system is not standardized;fourth,the treatment equipment is backward and the harmless treatment system is not perfect;fifth,the functions are not clear and the supervision system is not perfect.The causes of the problems are:unclear rights and responsibilities of functional departments,insufficient industry self-discipline,weak legal awareness,insufficient capital investment and inadequate law enforcement.Combined with the research results,this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems and causes of the treatment and management of animal carcasses and waste meat products in Guangzhou,and puts forward four suggestions on the harmless treatment and management of animal carcasses and waste meat products in Guangzhou from the perspectives of collection system,transportation system,harmless treatment system and supervision and management system,which has certain academic value for filling the research gap in Guangzhou,At the same time,it also provides a more scientific reference for government decision-making.
