| In recent years,China actively promotes the construction of green mines,and puts forward higher requirements for mine production.Digital mine is a very important content.At present,the research on the optimization design of medium length hole blasting mainly focuses on the optimization of medium length hole blasting parameters,while the research on the fine and programmed design of medium length hole blasting based on digital mining technology is less.In order to meet the actual requirements of production and improve the efficiency of the optimization design of medium length hole blasting,this paper takes the digital mine as the research background,constructs the blasting section based on the three-dimensional solid tunnel model,and then establishes the optimization design algorithm model of medium length hole blasting fan hole,and develops the optimization design program module of medium length hole blasting hole.The main results are as follows :(1)In view of the current research status of 3D modeling and rendering technology of roadway,this paper puts forward the method of simulating offset to build 3D roadway model.According to the measured data of total station,the roof,floor and waist lines of both sides of the roadway are drawn in Auto CAD software platform.On the basis of the four characteristic lines of the roadway,the corresponding measured data of offset method are interpolated and calculated,and then combined with the measured data of offset method,the 3D roadway model can be constructed.According to the spatial triangulation cutting algorithm,the automatic cutting of any section can be completed on the 3D tunnel model.(2)Study on design parameters of fan-shaped medium length hole blasting in underground mine.Through the analysis of many blasting parameters,it can be known that under the conditions of blasting area,row spacing,explosive consumption,rock drilling equipment,charge density and other parameters,the range of total length of blast hole can be calculated through theoretical formula,which is the basis for judging the optimal design of medium deep hole blasting.The hole bottom distance becomes the main variable factor in the design of medium length hole blasting.By adjusting the hole bottom distance,the fan-shaped medium length holes are evenly arranged to meet the design requirements.(3)Research on optimization design algorithm of fan-shaped medium length hole blasting.Through the analysis of the medium length hole layout problem,it can be seen that the hole layout problem is actually a shortest path algorithm problem,and the medium length hole layout design can be transformed into the optimization process of the shortest path algorithm.Through the further study of various shortest path algorithms,we can establish the optimization design algorithm model of medium length hole blasting suitable for double row initiation and with specified holes,and complete the optimization design of medium length hole layout.(4)Research and development of application system for optimization design of medium length hole blasting.In the Auto CAD software platform,the secondary development technology is used to develop an application system of medium deep hole blasting design,which can build the measured three-dimensional roadway model,automatically cut the blasting profile,and complete the optimization design of medium deep hole layout.The system has been successfully applied in the production practice of Jinshandian mine. |
