Since the launch of the "Sponge City" project,as a "sponge city",the permeable concrete material has been vigorously developed,which is mainly due to its realization of the "seepage,stagnation,storage,net,use,Row" integrated management.However,due to the porous nature of permeable concrete,it is often accompanied by low strength,which has become one of the important reasons for limiting its wide application.It has been found that the rheological properties of the slurry(mainly the plastic viscosity and fluidity index of the slurry)have a greater impact on the degree of aggregate coverage.Based on this,the preparation of high-strength permeable concrete based on slurry rheological properties was carried out.The test results show that the slurry has good rheological properties when the fluidity is 138±5mm and the plastic viscosity is 1.32±0.3Pa·s.Not only has a high bond drawing strength,it can provide better cementing ability,achieve strong bonding between aggregates,and has a good covering ability on the aggregate surface,and the slurry is weak.Secondly,Through multiple trials,it was found that when the slurry ratio is 1:3.5,the slurry strength is 74.3MPa,and the fly ash content is 10%,the compressive strength can be 42.5MPa,and the water permeability coefficient is 5.7mm/s.High-strength permeable concrete.Then,by studying the compressive,flexural strength,wear resistance,anti-sliding and anti-freezing properties of high-strength permeable concrete with different preparation processes,it is found that the mixing method of the pre-mixed cement paste and the plug-and-vibration forming method are more suitable.Preparation of high-strength permeable concrete;High-strength permeable concrete has good road performance and can meet technical standards.In addition,the research on the decline rate and clogging rate of the high-permeability permeable concrete permeable coefficient was carried out.The recovery effect of the permeable concrete with different clogging specimens was analyzed by conventional cleaning methods.Finally,the construction process of the high strength pervious concrete surface layer is introduced in detail with the practical project as a concrete example.This paper mainly introduces the construction process of high strength pervious concrete surface layer and the follow-up work such as curing and testing.The test section is tested to ensure that it meets the requirements of the code,and the feasibility of the application of high strength pervious concrete in practical engineering is verified.
