| Ti in titanium-containing steel is easy to react with SiO2in mold flux to generate TiO2which worsen the quality of billet.Therefore,it is important to study the titanium-containing high-strength welding wire steel mold flux.Fact Sage was used to analyze the solidification characteristics of typical steel with different welding wire,and the composition design CaO-SiO2-Na2O and CaO-Al2O3designed with sharp reaction at the interface between steel A,B and C.The automatic mold flux melting point melting rate measuring instrument,rotational viscometer,crystallization temperature measuring instrument,IET,XRD are used to detect the metallurgical properties of different mold flux systems.The conclusion is as follows:1)For the peritectic steel of A and B steel,design the CaO-SiO2-Na2O based mold flux with alkalinity of 0.6 to 0.8.The content of Na2O is 5%to 9%,the content of Ca F2is4%to 6%,the content of MgO is 4%to 6%,and the carbon content is 10%.2)The CaO-SiO2-Na2O based mold flux has a viscosity of 0.67 to 1.21Pa·s and a melting point of 1076 to 1149°C.The viscosity decreased 0.12Pa·s for every 1%increase in alkalinity,and the viscosity of Ca F2increased by 1%by 0.06Pa·s.The melting point increases 9°C for every 1%increase in alkalinity,and the MgO increases 1%by 15°C.3)Na2O increases by 1%,the crystallization temperature increases by 36°C,the crystallization rate increases by more than 20%,and the crystallization time increases 32s.Na2O promotes feldspar Precipitation and growth inhibit the growth of wollastonite.4)In order to suppress the interfacial reaction of high titanium steel slag,a low reactivity CaO-Al2O3based flux system with CaO/Al2O3=1 was designed and added.5)Studying CaO-Al2O3based mold flux system shows that increase Ca F2by 1%,the viscosity decreased 0.11 Pa·s,and the melting point decreased 33°C.The B2O3increased by 1%,the viscosity decreased by 0.013Pa·s,and the melting point decreased by 14°C.For every 1%increase in C,the melting rate is increased by 12s.6)The CaO-SiO2-Na2O mold flux designed to use in the production of steel B in the field,the cracks,longitudinal depressions,pits and other defects are basically eliminated.Figure 49;Table 19;Refrence 60... |
