For a long time,the detection and treatment of tumors have been the hot spots jointly explored by scholars.In terms of tumor detection methods,traditional methods are gradually shifting to small molecule fluorescent probes;in drug treatment methods,phosphate nucleoside drugs as a new class of drugs are gradually emerging because of their unique mechanism of action.In organisms,physical and chemical reactions of various micro-environments are constantly taking place,and the presence of some specific substances can often reflect the physiological state at that time or in the future.For instance,a large amount of ROS(Reactive oxygen species)substances are often produced in tumor cells,such as:peroxynitrite ions,hydrogen sulfide,acetylcholinease,etc.Therefore,detecting such substances can bring far-reaching practical significance for cancer cure.In this paper,A total of 4 kinds fluorscent probes were designed and synthesized,Which based on DCM(Dicyanomethylene-4H-pyran)compounds,and adding conjugated groups so that the fluorescence enhance,aiming to improve the sensitive of above-mentioned substances’ detection,and the peroxynitrite ion’s response effect is most obvious for compound WYX-4.Since the application of sofosbuvir-like nucleoside phosphate prodrugs in liver cancer,the study of phosphate ester drugs draws academic’s attention immediately,and the design and research of these compounds have reached an unprecedented upsurge.Therefore,the current The use of nucleoside drugs to treat cancer has become the mainstream direction.This subject is mainly to explore the effect of nucleoside phosphate drugs on tumor cells.In this article,21 phosphate drugs were synthesized and tested on liver cancer cells.The effect of drugs without ester bonds was extremely poor,while those containing esters Bond drugs showed varying degrees of response.Fluorescent probes and nucleoside phosphate drugs have different effects in the discovery and treatment of tumors,but if we can build a class of functional compounds that integrate detection and treatment,There is no doubt that it is a challenging trial.For this reason,I tried to connect the probe and the phosphate ester compound together by a click reaction at the end of my work,in order to achieve the detection of specific substances and release the drug,and achieve the effect of inhibitory.The innovation of this method can combine two mutually advantageous but irrelevant substances.The innovation of this law is that it can effectively combine two mutually advantageous but unrelated substances.
