Due to unhealthy diet and lifestyle habits,the prevalence of Metabolic Syndrome(Met S)has increased rapidly in recent years.At present,in addition to exploring effective drug treatment for Met S,Dietary intervention plays an important role in prevention of Met S,and has been paid more attention.Tea is a popular drink in the world,and has been showing more and more healthy value.At present,it is not clear about the characteristic metabolites of different green tea made of,distinctive varieties of Camellia senensis and there are few comparative studies on their prevention of Met S.Based on this,the metabolite profiles of three green tea,made of cultivar Yunkang 10(Camellia sinensis var.assamica YK),cultivar Fuding(Camellia sinensis var.sinensis FD)and kucha(Camellia sinensis var.kucha KC),were analyzed by UPLC-Q-Orbitrap MS/MS,respectively.The effects and molecular mechanism of these three green teas on the prevention of high fat diet induced Met S of C57BL/6Jmice were comparatively investigated.The followings are conclusions:1.YK,FD and KC green tea have significant differences in the chemical profiles,which are mainly reflected in the biological metabolism of amino acids and flavonoids and flavonoids.The quantitative results showed that the content of bitter-taste amino acids was at the highest level in KC,and the content of sweet-taste amino acids was at the highest level in FD.The content of EGCG and ECG was at the highest level in YK,while the content of EGCG was the lowest in KC.Theacrine is a characteristic component of KC,and the content of caffeine in KC is very low.2.YK,FD and KC green tea can effectively relieve the symptoms of Met S in C57BL/6J mice induced by high fat diet.The difference is that FD intervention has a better short-term prevention effect of Met S,while YK intervention has a better long-term effect.MF and KC interventions also have certain effects,but the effect is worse than the other two teas.3.Lipidomics analysis was performed on the livers of mice in different diet groups.The data showed that MF,YK,FD,and KC green tea could reduce CL and TG levels in the livers of mice induced by high-fat diet,and increase PC and PE levels. |
