| At present,China’s environmental problems with complex primary and secondary pollution are very serious,a rapidly transition from single air pollution in the past to composite air pollution in the main city groups,the regional composite air pollution which was represented by ozone(O3),fine particles(PM2.5)and acid rain is increasingly prominent.Volatile organic compound(VOCs)plays an important role in these air pollution formations and solvent-related industries are the second contributor in theanthropogenic emission sources.For better understanding the importance of VOCs emission components,sources and contributions,based upon emission samples directly measured from inside manufacturing workshops normal operating conditions.In order to better understand the VOCs emission characteristics for industries,the composition of VOCs emitted from twelve different typical industries were measured using air Tank-GC-MS analysis system in this study.The results show:The concentrations of the total VOCs emitted from the Coking factory,the Sintering plant,Asphalt plant and Coking sewage plant are 322.46μg·m-3,451.87μg·m-3,334.22μg·m-3and 890.90μg·m-3.respectively,1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene and methylbenzene are the main VOCs in the atmosphere of the Coking factory,methylbenzene and1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene are the main VOCs in the atmosphere of the Sintering plant,the VOCs of the Asphalt plant are mainly characterized by N-hexane and1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene,the VOCs of the Coking sewage plant are mainly characterized by N-hexane and 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene.As for VOCs emitted from the A and B pharmaceutical factory,they have been found mainly composed of aromatics and halogenated alkane,in which aromatics take up about30.28%and halogenated alkane take up about 32.86%,dichloromethane,n-hexane,toluene,and benzene serve as the main components of VOCs emitted from the A pharmaceutical factory,whereas VOCs emitted from the B pharmaceutical factory mainly contain ethylacetate,toluene,n-hexane,and cyclohexane.VOCs emitted from the Zipper die casting mainly contain dichloromethane(30.66%),n-hexane(18.54%),and toluene(9.69%).VOCs emitted from the The zipper Row Of Mi mainly contain n-hexane(26.32%),dichloromethane(21.97%),and toluene(9.79%).VOCs emitted from Polyethylene blown film mainly contain toluene(44.75%),n-hexane(15.66%),and dichloromethane(11.91%).whereas VOCs emitted from the Water-based ink printing mainly contain toluene(38.27%),ethyl acetate(24.79%)and n-hexane(7.24%).VOCs emitted from the Manufacture of plastic products mainly contain toluene(31.31%),1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene(30.81%)and cyclohexane(5.17%).VOCs emitted from the UV ink printing mainly contain toluene(29.91%),1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene(26.29%),and acetone(6.79%).After estimating the ozone formation potentials of VOCs for these twelve industries and the results indicate that Coking sewage plant contributes most to OFP,which should be apriority control industry in policy making to reduce ozone pollution. |
