| Lincomycin is one of the main products of Tianfang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,and the mechanism of fermentation and biosynthesis of lincomycin and the mechanism of its regulation have been clearly established,and the production level has been greatly improved.However,the market demand is increasing and domestic and foreign production is increasing.The number of companies is increasing,and the environmental one-vote veto system also restricts the production companies.Therefore,increasing the competitiveness of the company by reducing production costs and saving energy and reducing emissions has become an urgent problem to be solved.From the point of view of large-scale production,this study reduced costs through energy saving,reduction of exhaust gas,sewage,and waste slag,reduced production safety risks,and improved the economic benefits of the company’s products.The test mainly achieved the following results:(1)During the fermentation and sterilization process of the original lincomycin,the large amount of steam generated was directly discharged into the atmosphere,causing adverse effects on the surrounding environment and residents’ lives.In the process ofneo-limmomycin fermentation sterilization,350m3 of high-temperature steam above 100°C is passed through the tubular heat exchanger and converted to 60 tons of water at about 80°C.After filtering,it is used for batching and a small amount of steam is discharged into the atmosphere.The new process saves 300 kw.h electricity,3000m3 air volume,3T steam,and 60 T water per day through steam recovery,which will provide a breakthrough point for the reduction of the production cost of lincomycin.The results show that this process is applied to workshop production,saving more than 290,000 yuan annually.Close to clean production,meeting environmental protection requirements,the entire production has almost no impact on the surrounding residents.(2)During the original Lincomycin fermentation process,the amount of air flow was artificially controlled according to the fermentation cycle,resulting in wastage of energy,environmental pollution,and loss of moisture caused by exhaust gas,and a large amount of odor-laden gas was emitted to the lives of surrounding residents.influences.During the new Lincomycin fermentation process,according to the characteristics of low oxygen demand in the early stage of the fermentation cycle,high oxygen demand in the middle period,and reduced oxygen demand in the later period,the use of an automatic dissolved oxygen regulation system for quantitative control and adjustment provides a stable basis for potency in the fermentation tank.In the next batch,the amount of ventilation was reduced by 26,650 m3 and the saved electricity consumption was 176 k W.h per batch.The results show that: The process used in the workshop to save 1.198 million yuan a year,to meet the environmental protection requirements and improve the quality of life of the surrounding residents.(3)The original Lincomycin extraction method uses octanol organic solvent to extract,the solvent is difficult to recover,the energy consumption is high,the discharged sewage is difficult to handle,and there is a certain safety risk.The content of lincomycin B is high and cannot meet customer requirements.The new lincomycin extraction method uses LX-22 resin adsorption,recrystallization method,LX-22 type resin adsorption,washing,analysis,concentration,crystallization and then recrystallization to obtain the finished product,the new process reduces the lincomycin B Component content,resin regeneration can reduce pollution and sewage emissions,saving costs.The reduction of the lincomycin B component met the needs of different customers at home and abroad,and greatly reduced the unit cost of the company’s clindamycin phosphate.The results show that the research and application of this process to the workshop saves 4.572 million yuan a year.The working environment of the personnel is greatly improved and the safety hazards are reduced.The results of the three optimized process research and development have been applied to the production of Tianfang Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.219 workshops,which can save more than 6.061 million yuan for the workshop,greatly improving the market competitiveness of Lincomycin.Achieved cost savings,environmental protection and energy conservation,and produced a good economic and social benefits. |
