Firstly,consulting a large number of literature,the classification and application of temperature regulating materials,the preparation and application of temperature regulating fibers and fabrics,the research and evaluation of temperature regulating fabrics are discussed.Secondly,testing and analysis viscose based temperature regulating filament’s ability of temperature regulating.Then,using the warp yarns as the cotton yarn and the weft yarns as the viscose based temperature regulating filament and the viscose based ordinary filament,designed and manufactured 13 fabrics of different weaves,different densities and different weaving patterns.The influence of fabric structure and ambient temperature on temperature control performance of temperature regulating fabric was investigated.According to the obtained data,the coverage coefficient,the temperature difference between environment and surface temperature,the temperature control rate and temperature range regression analysis respectively.Finally,six kinds of summer light and thin woven fabrics were designed by adopting viscose based temperature regulating filament.The results show that the viscose based temperature regulating filament has a clear onset and termination temperature of phase transition,and its enthalpy is about 5.8 J / g.The greater the fabric density,the smaller the temperature control rate of the viscose based temperature regulating fabric,the longer the temperature adjustment time,the greater the temperature range,the fabric density has a significant impact on the temperature control performance of the viscose based temperature regulating fabric.The less the interlacing point of fabric,the smaller the temperature changing rate of temperature regulating fabric,the longer the temperature adjusting time,the larger the temperature increasing range.However,the effect of fabric structure on the temperature control property of temperature regulating fabric is insignificant.The smaller the difference between the ambient temperature and the body surface temperature,the smaller the temperature control rate of the viscose based temperature regulating fabric,but the shorter the temperature control time,the smaller the temperature range,the effect of temperature on temperature regulating fabric’s temperature regulating performance is significant.The thin viscose based temperature regulating fabric is suitable for summer clothing.The research results provide reference value for the development and research of the viscose based temperature regulating fabric. |
