Development Of New Type Insulating Oil And Its Distribution Transformer

In recent years,as the demand for safer,more environmentally-friendly transformers continues to increase,researchers have begun to focus their research on transformer insulating oils that are environmentally friendly and place higher demands on new insulating media used in insulating oils.The new medium of insulating oil requirements to meet the easy degradation,flash point higher than 300 ℃,low pollution.Found in the study,in the transmission and distribution transformers with edible oil insulation liquid insulating oil than conventional insulation has greater insulation,environmental protection and high flame retardant advantages.In this paper,based on the summary and analysis of the research status of the new insulating oil at home and abroad,this paper tests the physical and chemical properties of the plant insulating oil developed by ourselves and focuses on the development of a plant insulating oil distribution transformer and its operating characteristics.Papers mainly include the following aspects:(1)According to the research needs,first of all,through the research,select an edible oil in the market,and analyzed its preparation method.Using the test equipment,the electrical,physical and chemical properties of the oil were analyzed,the key technical parameters of transformer oil were analyzed,and the parameters were tested and analyzed.The breakdown characteristics of the new oil-impregnated paper insulation and oil-It provided experimental basis for the design of the new type distribution transformer insulation structure.(2)According to the new insulating oil composition and mineral insulating oil physical and chemical,electrical,dielectric properties of the new insulating oil distribution transformer structure must be recalculated and tested;Because of oil-paper insulation’s important role in transformer insulating,the paper also introduces an experiment and research on breakdown characteristics of vegetable oil-paper insulation and oil-paper composite insulation structure,and they provide experiment basis for the insulation structure designing of new type insulating oil distribution transformer transformers.(3)Verify the new oil transformer is manufactured correctly,whether to meet the requirements.According to IEC60076 "power transformer" standard test of the transformer,including routine tests(factory test),type tests and special tests.(4)The difference between the new type of transformer and the common transformer of the temperature,load,voltage and insulation condition of the new insulating oil transformer in operation and compares was studied.
