| Printing quality detection is an important content of finished product detection.Each link in the process of printing not only affects the quality of printing,but also directly determines the efficiency of printing production.The digital development of printing technology is a new stage in the continuous transformation and development of the traditional industry technology application level.The digital printing image quality control and detection mainly from the printing color,image clarity and other aspects of technological innovation.Starting from the application technology of CCD,this paper probes into the development of CCD camera selection and application field,and proposes an improved scheme for visual sensor,lighting and visual information processing.On the hardware,the error caused by the equipment itself is reduced by improving the processing precision and fixture clamp of the equipment.On the software,a software detection system for on-line detection and offline capture is developed and named PB2.0(Printing Box),and the system interconnected database,detection monitoring software and off-line waste rejection die are used.For mass control of mass printing process,it can detect the printing defects,such as words,patterns,and other printing defects instead of artificial visual inspection,so that the waste products can mark defects online and do not stop.After analyzing the patterns,there are shortcomings in the print,including color and form.The lack of aspects,so as to carry out hierarchical detection,the reference form including statistical characteristics,and the outline Hu moment contrast,to get the detection conclusions about the shortcomings of its color.In the operation of this design,Open CV programming is selected and compared with other computing methods,thus the calculation is obtained.The advantages of the method,and finally the improvement of laser and print test,make the printed matter more complete and apply it to the test of a certain cigarette case.Through the practice of the improved detection equipment and system,the speed and accuracy of on-line detection have been raised,and the expected requirements have been achieved.The maximum detection amplitude of the detection equipment is1200 mm,the maximum theoretical speed is 350 m / min,and the improved testing equipment can meet the on-line detection and off-line stripping of the defects of medicine,daily chemicals and cigarette packages.The improved online detection system can reduce the quality control cost of mass printing,real-time detection,online diagnosis,online identification,off-line stripping. |
