Design And Application Of OA System In Iron And Steel Enterprise

In recent years,the popularization and popularization of new technologies,new rnaterials and new technologies have provided a reliable guarantee for promoting the development of China’s iron and steel enterprises.At the same time,it has also effectively promoted the development of the national economy.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of operation of iron and steel enterprises,the traditional management model based on manual or semi-automatic has been difficult to meet the requirements of enterprise development.In this case,the OA office automation model came into being.The analysis of OA office automation,which is actually based on a modern office mode of computer technology development,application of this office mode can not only make the enterprise organizational structure has been optimized,but also can increase the efficiency of the office,in order to ensure the consistency of the decision at the same time,improve the efficiency of the decision,in order to improve the iron and steel enterprises the office efficiency and provide a reliable reference model to promote its management level.Based on this,the iron and steel enterprise OA system as the main research object,related technology through the design concept and system of OA office automation mode of the application described in this paper,on the basis of system user demand,functional requirements and non functional requirements,launched a comprehensive design and analysis for iron and steel enterprises OA system.The system uses B/S as the basic framework,including operation management module,display module,asset management module,spare parts management module and system management module,which can better meet the needs of the iron and steel enterprise office automation.
