| With the continuous application and development of ceramic materials,ceramic molding processes include traditional grouting,dry press molding,tape casting,isostatic pressing,gel injection molding,and 3D printing.As modern engineering technology requires ceramic parts to have higher strengths,complex geometries,and precise dimensions,the requirements for ceramic forming processes are also increasing.For this reason,this paper studies the 3D printing technology based on ceramic materials.Firstly,the selection basis of the ceramic slurry solvent was analyzed,and the sedimentation experiment of the ceramic powder in the solvent was studied.After theoretical calculations and experimental verification,four octane,decane,DBE,and1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone were studied.Among organic solvents,the use of1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone can help ceramic powders to achieve better dispersion.Therefore,1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone was selected as an organic solvent.The dispersant was selected and subjected to infrared spectroscopy analysis,comparative analysis,and the influence of the amount of dispersant on the ceramic slurry was studied.The preparation method and process of the ceramic slurry are described in detail,including impregnation,drying,firing,and determination of the amount of hanging pulp.Secondly,the design of the mechanical part of the ceramic material 3D printer is expounded,including 3D print nozzle design,motion module design,leveling module design and body frame design;detailed analysis of control part design,control system circuit design,power supply circuit design,temperature control Circuit design,SD card module circuit design,debug interface circuit design and reset circuit design.Finally,detailed analysis of the experimental preparation,including experimental materials and equipment,sample preparation and print parameter design,analysis of the ceramic slurry analysis and characterization,including microstructure analysis before and after debinding,analysis of the microstructure before and after sintering and characterization After the sintering phase analysis;and based on this,the experimental results were analyzed,the printer model was designed to test the printer performance,comparative analysis shows that the printer’s accuracy is 0.2mm,to meet the ceramic material 3D printing accuracy requirements,and print the finished product Good molding quality. |
