| With the continuous improvement of life,people begin to pay more attention to their health problems.The research on cancer is very popular in the current.How to treat cancer efficiently has become the most concerned research.At present,chemotherapy is the main way to treat cancer.However,chemotherapeutic drugs will bring many side effects to patients.Therefore,it has become an important research direction to develop a suitable drug carrier system,which deliver the drugs to the target of the disease and make the treatment drugs direct to the disease.The least amount of medicine could achieve the best treatment effect.In this paper,the composites with fluorescence were prepared by grafting the temperature/pH sensitive polymers with silica nanospheres and rare earthpolyoxometalates.The loading and controlled-release of drug were investigated in detail.1.By polymerizing of the NIPAM monomer and MAA monomer,the double sensitive polymer gel p(NIPAM-co-MAA)was prepared.The SiO2 nanosphere and the rare earth-polyoxometalates grafted with p(NIPAM-co-MAA)were prepared.The drug loading and release were carried out with adriamycin hydrochloride(DOX)as target.The composites show the temperature and pH sensitivity.2.The SiO2/p(NIPAM-co-Vim)/EuW10 were prepared.The composites with temperature sensitivity/pH sensitivity and fluorescence are used as the target drug of adriamycin hydrochloride(DOX).It is found that the composite show the drug carrying capacity,high drug release rate and low biotoxicity,which can be used as a drug carrier. |
