| Nowadays teabag tea as a dry product has been more and more popular.However,dry tea is susceptible to moisture,temperature,light,oxygen and undergoes deterioration.Tea as a dry product is highly susceptible to the effects of these factors and thus produce chemical reactions or microbial effects which make chemical composition and taste of tea leaves change.At present,the existing tea packaging machine automation is not at high level,and more process need to be completed manually.For the existing mode of operation,high-precision automatic tea packaging machine control system was porposed with joint mechanical design engineers in this research.Design of automatic tea control system was achieved in this research,by which process of mean weighing,inner membrane pulling,sealing,and pouching,outer bag vacuum heating and sealing were achieved.Mechanical structure of the process was tightly concentrated,and the whole size was small in the designed multi-functional intelligent automatic tea packaging machine,.which could achieve vacuum and non-vacuum packaging.In the aspect of electrical controlling,PLC controller,PLC analog expansion module,LEVI-777A man-machine interface,stepper motor and a variety of other electrical components such as sensors were applied.After the rigorous planning and design of hardware and software,the complete set of equipment has advantages of high degree of automation,efficient operation,close overall structure,high precision of sealing and weighing,and easy operation.The research and design of the tea machine is meaningful for the majority of tea merchants with objective reality significance.Impact of the falling material and the amount of vacancy were firstly estimated in this research by modeling the physical structure of weighing.Weighing module circuit was designed with cadence software,and hardware and software were optimized so that weighing accuracy could be as high as possible.In the weighing system,STC15_SF2K60S2 was selected as the main control chip,while filter circuit and the A/D conversion chip CS5530 as the signal processing moduls.Software program based on the hardware circuit was designed,such as program of A/D conversion chip CS5530,weighing calibration,filtering algorithm,logic input and output controlling,external digital tube and button scanning,and other functions.In order to ensure that precision of each heat sealing,temperature of the heat sealing rod was always maintained at a constant temperature.,and thereby Fuzzy-PID algorithm must be applied to precisely control the temperature of the pressure bar.In addtion,simulink model of fuzzy PID algorithm was established while programming was made based on PLC Control.Through rigorous analysis of complex logic control process,with wecon PLC editor software based on the complex logic control sequence,programs were written and actual control effect was achieve by the on-site debugging.In order to facilitate the operation of the tea packaging machine equipment,friendly man-machine interface was achieved through editing program in the dimensional control Levi software. |
