| Cellulose is the most abundant natural renewable resource in nature,and its development and utilization is of great significance to solve the energy crisis.As a lot of hydrogen bonds in the molecule and between the molecules of cellulose make it insoluble and difficult to dissolve,which severely limits its development and utilization.Ionic liquid is a new green solvent with recyclable and pollution-free advantages,and it has gradually become a hot solvent for the study of cellulose dissolution.However,the viscosity of the ionic liquid is high and the subsequent spinning is difficult.Therefore,the paper studies that the organic solvent is added into the imidazolium ionic liquid,to decrease the viscosity of the ionic liquid and increase its solubility and spinnability to the cellulose.The bamboo cellulose pulp was dissolved in dimethy sulfoxide(DMSO),dimethy formamide(DMF),dimethylacetamide(DMAc),ethanol and acetone five organic solvents and1-ally Methylimidazolium chloride([AMIM]Cl),and the dissolution process of the bamboo cellulose pulp was observed by polarizing microscope.The results showed that the time for the dissolution of the bamboo cellulose pulp from the five organic solvents was DMSO > DMF>DMAc> ethanol> acetone in the same proportions.In the compound system,with the increase of the DMSO concentration,the time of dissolving bamboo cellulose pulp at first is short and gradually becomes longer;with increase of the dissolution temperature,the time of dissolving completely bamboo cellulose pulp is shorter.The steady-state and dynamic rheological tests of the bamboo cellulose pulp/[AMIM]Cl/DMSO system was carried out by using a rotational rheometer.The steady-state rheological tests showed that the shear rate went up as the temperature increased,DMSO concentration also increased,the concentration of bamboo cellulose pulp decreased,the apparent viscosity of the complex system showed a downward trend;in 80 ℃,bamboo cellulose pulp concentration of 10%,DMSO concentration of 60%,the maximum non-Newtonian index,The bamboo cellulose pulp / [AMIM] Cl / DMSO /complex system is close to Newton fluid.When the concentration of DMSO is 50%,the structural viscosity index is the smallest and the spinnability is the best.The results of dynamic rheological tests show that the storage modulus and loss modulus of the composite system increase and the loss factor decreases with the increase of bamboo cellulose pulp concentration and the decrease of temperature at the same angular frequency.With the increase of the angular frequency,the storage modulus and loss modulus of the composites increase and the loss factor decreases.Spinnalility of bamboo cellulose pulp / [AMIM] Cl / DMSO system was studied by wet spinning method.The results of polymerization,X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrum and breaking strength of regenerated filament showed that: with the increase of the concentration of bamboo cellulose pulp and the decrease of the DMSO concentration,the polymerization degree,diameter and breaking strength of the regenerated filaments all increased.The bamboo cellulose pulp dissolved in [AMIM] Cl / DMSO did not change,but the crystalline form of the regenerated filament was changed from celluloseⅠto celluloseⅡ,and the crystallinity of regenerated fiber decreased. |
