Organic light-emitting diodes(OLED s)have potential applications flat-panel displays self-illumiating owing to their wide viewing angles,low operating voltage,all solid-state,independent shine,highcontrast,high speed responsibility.White organic light-emitting diodes(WOLEDs)offer a range of attractive characteristics and are in several regards conceptually different from most currently used light sources.From an application perspective,their advantages include a high power efficiency that rivals the performance of fluorescent lamps and inorganic LEDs and the potential for a very low cost of manufacturing.In this paper we have synthesised organic electrophosphorescent materials for single molecule white-lighting and a silicon-containing opto-electronic materials.Details are as follows:1.Single molecule white-lighting:(1)single molecule white light material was synthesized by using cyclic aromatic amines as matrix,cyclic arylamine A was synthesized by the reaction of diazotization,Ullmann and Suzuki coupling reaction from N,N’-diphenylbenzene-1,4-diamine and 4-bromobenzenamine,then the iridium complex B coordinated with 2-phenylpyridine(ppy)and A.(2)single molecular white organic materials was synthesized by using tetraphenyl silane derivatives with different chromophore which lead to emit red,green,blue light and so on.Methods:It takes dibromobenzene,silicon tetrachloride and 8-hydroxyquinoline as its initial raw materials to synthesize by going through the reaction process of diazo,NBS bromination and Suzuki coupling reaction.Otherwise these compounds have been characterized by elementary analysis,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and mass spectra(MS).2.Organic vitreous main job:On the basis of previous works of our research group,one organic luminescent materials capable of efficient hole transporting and hosting were synthesized by introducing tetraphenyl silane into the two positions 4,4’of the 1,1’-dinaphthalene,and synthesized by the diazotization and Suzuki coupling reaction.The structures of target products were characterized by 1HNMR,MS and elementary analysis.And determine their fluorescence emission spectrum and ultraviolet absorption spectrum in methylene chloride.
