As the progress of society and improvement of technology,chromatographic grade of acetonitrile is widely used as solvent and organic modification in many analysis means such as Ultraviolet Light Spectrum and High Performance Liquid Chromatography in recent years.Chromatographic grade of acetonitrile is usually obtained through refinement of industrial acetonitrile.Chromatographic grade of Acetonitrile is prepared through KMnO4 oxidation,followed by refining process in traditional refining technology,but there are some drawbacks such as hard to deal with waste residue and low yield in this process.Therefore,it will have a potential of market development and bring about practical application value and economic benefit while preparing chromatographic grade of acetonitrile on a large scale through developing a new refining technology,which contains the merits of environmental protection,low energy consumption and good refining effect.Chromatographic grade of acetonitrile is produced via refining preliminary treatment by optimizing the oxidation system of concentrated sulfuric acid and oxidation peroxide according to the reported experiences of refining preliminary treatment,followed by distillation adsorption method.Because of the existence of close-boiling impurities such as water,propionitrile and pbo in industrial acetonitrile,the appropriate refining preliminary treatment method plays a key role in refining acetonitrile,the refinement could be realized in the following process of distillation operation with physical adsorption.Experiment in lab is operated according to the established refining scheme,the dosage of additives in oxidation system,oxidation time and trace water in product are systematically studied in this process.The product purity and distillation recovery rate of acetonitrile could reach up to 99.9%and 90%,respectively,which meets the need of expected crafts and provides production program for industrialized production.Amplified pilot is conducted according to the scheme of experiment in lab to verify the reliability and stability of this route of craft.The product of amplified pilot could meet the quality requirements of acetonitrile,thus verifying the reliability and stability of the established scheme used for producing acetonitrile on a large scale,providing a process of production with practical application value for the industry of chromatographic grade of acetonitrile.In addition,the study experience of distillation operation applied in acetonitrile refinement is also used in the route of craft of synthesizing butyl methacrylate.According to practical investigation of production field,aspen software is used to simulate the effect of different production conditions on the product.The optimized program of craft and most manufacturing parameters are also developed to regulate practical operation of the equipments,which brings about important practical application value.
