| For economic development,mine exploitation made a great contribution,but it also damages the environment.Environmental governance is paying increased attention to bioremediation due to the low cost and no second pollution.Silicate bacteria is numerous in the soil and mines and play a role in the potassium solubility,phosphate solubilization,nitrogen fixation.Desilication plays an important role not only in the environmental rehabilitation of mining areas but can also be effective to improve Al and Si in bauxite.System to carry out the theory and practice of mining area of silicate bacteria is of great significance.In this study,sampling from Baini mountain and red bauxite district was done,selective medium on which the silicate bacteria culture medium for bacteria were isolated was used.128 bacteria isolated from the Baini mountain,si bacteria’s colony are transparent,moist,and are neat edage provoking strains that can pull into filaments.They belong to Paenibacillus,soil Bacillus,Rhizobium.526 bacteria isolated from the red bauxite district,according to the morphological characteristics can be divided into 66 kinds,the 25 bacteria belong to gelatinous bacillus,soil bacillus,ring bacillus,Paenibacillus and so on.By atomic absorption spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer,ability of solutions of potassium and phosphate solubilization can be analyzed.Sample isolated from the Baini mountain,typically can dissolve phosphorus and reconciliation potassium i.e.various strains of potassium,and therefore shows dissolved phosphorus reconciliation capacity varieties.The ability of solution potassium of the BN1 is best,BN6,BN3 and BN 5 followed.As compared with BN1,BN4s ability is weak.10 days and 20 days after the strain of mica processing,we found the BN1 solution of potassium content of 53.75mg/L and 55.60mg/L,the BN4 solution of potassium content of 36.1 mg/L and 48.63mg/L.The strongest effect shown by BN1 dissolved phosphorus,BN6,BN2 and BN3 followed and BN4s and BN5 ability are weakest.10 days and 20 days after the strain of mica processing phosphate rock,we found the BN 1 solution phosphorus content were 105.8mg/L and 105.2mg/L,The weakest of the phosphorus content in the solution after 10 days is 38.27mg/L.20 days after the lowest phosphorus content in the solution is BN5(53.6mg/L).Strains to deal with the solution of potassium and phosphorus concentrations are higher than the content in the blank control group,potassium contents were 31.25mg/L and 31.1mg/L;phosphorus contents were 17.99mg/L and 17.92mg/L.Four strains isolated from red Scheck mining area have ability of potassium,phosphate solubilization and desilication.Their solution of potassium,dissolved phosphorus and desilication parties have different capacities.which YSHSK4 and yshsk6 the solution of potassium are strongest?answer is YSHSK9 followed to YSHSK4,the weakest is YSHSK13.Strain on the mica for 10 days and after 20 days,YSHSK4 solution of potassium is 67.25mg/L and 79.34mg/L.YSHSK13 solution of potassium is 51.Omg/L and 52.3mg/L.YSHSK9 phosphate solubilization capacity is strongest,YSHSK13 and YSHSK4 is followed to YSHSK9,the phosphate solubilization ability of YSHSK6 is the weakest.10 days and 20 days after phosphate rock treatment,the phosphorus content in the YSHSK9 solution is 120.1mg/L and 136.6mg/L,YSHSK6 solution phosphorus content was 46.7mg/L and 47.1mg/L.YSHSK13 and YSHSK4 have stronger the desilication ability of low-grade bauxite,but YSHSK6s ability is least.But they have desilication ability compared with blank control group,they can increase of Al and Si ratio of the low-grade bauxite.YSHSK13 can increase bauxite Al and Si ratio from 5.0 to 10.7and YSHSK6 can increase bauxite Al and Si ratio from 4.6 to 7.8.The non-ferrous metal mining area in Yunnan is not only numerously contains different types of silicate bacteria,but also their solution of potassium,dissolved phosphorus and have significant difference in desilication.Choose different silicate bacteria for environment restoration and soil improvement because it is important for different mines.Silicon solubility role of silicate bacteria can be used effectively in improving the bauxite Al and Si ratio,which also provides the possibility of silicate bacteria in the bioleaching.Our study isolated silicate bacteria which can late effect of phosphorus and potassium and made use of available phosphorus and potassium.Some strains can also improve the bauxite Al and Si ratio,which provide a theoretical basis for the environmental improvement and bauxite Al and Si ratio,for practical applications strains resources. |
