| Based on the research project of metallogenic model and prediction of Pakbeng Gold Mines in Oudomxay Province,Laos.Through the field investigation and indoor comprehensive research,on the basis of the original data of the mining area,through field route investigation,borehole logging,profile measurement,and combined with zircon U-Pb chronology,petrochemistry composition analysis,isotope analysis and other research methods,the metallogenic geological background,stratigraphic lithology division,ore characteristics and ore deposit of Pakbeng Gold Mines,Oudomxay Province,Laos are analyzed It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the geological and mineral exploration of the deposit and even the region.There are the following understandings and main achievements:1.The Pakbeng Gold Mines is located in the Phongsali-LouangphabangXaignabouli gold metallogenic prospect and the Pakbeng-Paktha gold mineralization concentration zone in Laos.The ore bodies and gold mineralization alteration zones occur in the contact zone between Yanshanian plagiogranite body and Jurassic altered andesite andesite andesite tuff and its vicinity.The ore types include secondary oxidation enrichment type,quartz vein type and altered rock type.There are obvious silicification,arsenopyrite mineralization,pyritization and other mineralized alteration.2.The overall trend of the ore body is NE-NEE.Through zircon U-Pb dating and isotopic sample analysis,the ore bearing strata and intrusive rocks are all products of Yanshanian period,and the ore-forming materials and fluids are mainly metamorphic hydrothermal fluids.Gold mineralization is closely related to Yanshanian magmatic intrusion and subsequent metamorphic deformation.The deposit is formed by magmatic hydrothermal deposit.3.This paper analyzes the metallogenic geological conditions and ore controlling factors in this area,and summarizes the ore prospecting indicators in this area,mainly including Jurassic andesite and andesite tuff stratum,plagiogranite intrusive body,northeast northeast northeast fault structure,alteration,geophysics and geochemistry.The area with good superimposition of ore controlling factors is favorable for mineralization,and the area with good superimposition of ore prospecting indicators is favorable for ore prospecting.4.Four new prospecting directions and favorable areas are put forward: Deep prospecting of Au-16 anomaly Bandong ore section and its south alteration zone,ore body and alteration zone initially discovered in bingzhan duanhai ore section,further shallow surface control of the alteration zone,geophysical magnetic anomaly and soil geochemical anomaly in Gibson area,New-Hs-2 geochemical anomaly combination belt of water system sediment in the south of the mining area,near the Village Wan and Village Kan,is the new direction of fracture and auriferous quartz vein. |
