With the development of urbanization at a high rate,on a large scale and in all aspects, the healthy environment of urban space is closely related to urban planning and sustainable development. The construction of three-dimensional city has become the mainstream trend, which will also bring a series of problems in the process of urbanization.Under the urban heat island effect, the rationality of urban spatial structure and the protection of residents’ health are increasingly required, and the healthy and stable environmental quality and urban spatial form are highly valued by people and the society.Although health issues have not become a major part of urban planning and design.Chinese citizens have an increasing demand for a healthy life, and the choice of a place to live and the evaluation of the comfort of the place is still dominant.Secondly, the spatial meaning of special urban areas is broad, among which topographic and geomorphic blocks are representatives of differences,so the research on planning strategy and management system is weak, which is the blind spot of urban spatial pattern. In this paper,Chongqing in the Yangtze River Basin is the main research object, which is discussed and studied from three aspects.Firstly, the second chapter conducted a comprehensive study on the concept of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),data of lung patients, spatial pattern research methods, other indirect influencing factors and related policies, sorted out and summarized the information and distribution of lung patients at different altitudes in Chongqing, and analyzed the application and simulation of the spatial distribution model of lung patients at different altitudes.Discuss how to deal with and explore the spatial clustering of cases, find the key areas of the disease, and construct the overall research framework and analysis and evolution of the paper.Chapter three and chapter four are the main content of the research.ArcGIS information data processing platform was used to obtain the elevation information of all blocks in Chongqing and the clustered public space distribution of lung patients.Combined with the topographic and geomorphic features of Chongqing, the interval integration of different elevations in Chongqing was carried out to analyze the module characteristics of case distribution under different intervals. The space model is constructed by using computing software Geoda and JASP,and the simulated space module is carried out by Moran’s I combining geographical information and atmospheric environment of Chongqing to conduct regional comparison and correlation analysis of various elements in the space. The healthy and controllable urban spatial form is explored through correlation analysis method, and improvement measures are proposed. In order to promote the integration of geographic ecology and medical information,it is convenient to provide guidance for future research analysis and development. The fifth chapter is the design and optimization of urban space form and environment.Considering the residents’ health and safety, the overall optimization direction of Chongqing urban spatial health environment can be divided into two aspects: spatial structure and planning strategy. The nodes and optimization factors of typical gathering places of lung disease patients are divided into three main levels: spatial pattern, population density, planning and regulation.According to the case clustering characteristics and block advantages of each level, the overall optimal design strategy to improve the health environment is proposed.
