| Accurately obtaining the relevant parameters of the explosive air shock wave is the prerequisite for evaluating the power of blasting ammunition,among which the specific impulse is a very important and difficult to obtain parameter.The specific impulse test device designed in this article is different from the common sensor electrical measurement and effector method.It is based on the traditional contour momentum block method,through the design of the tube-momentum ball combination,and cooperates with the measuring board to obtain the momentum ball movement trajectory,to achieve the test of the specific impulse of the explosive air shock wave.The device does not need power supply,is simple in structure,small in size,and easy to deploy,and can be used in large quantities for power evaluation of explosive shock wave damage fields.Firstly,propagation characteristics of shock wave in air and tube are analyzed,and pressure and impulse distribution of shock wave at different sections in tube under normal and oblique incidence are obtained,which provides guidance for placement position of momentum block in tube;then through the explosion obtains movement of the momentum ball in the tube under shock wave loading,and calculates specific impulse.Based on verified simulation results,the system analyzes the influence of various factors in the momentum ball-pipe combination process on the momentum ball motion response,and gives a clear tube-momentum ball combination design principle;further according to all the elements required by the explosive field test device,design of the overall specific impulse test device was completed in terms of size matching,fixing method,recovery method and installation method,and the explosion was carried out.In experimental application,specific impulse result was successfully tested;again,based on the effective experimental data and the simulation expansion calculation data,an empirical formula that can be used to calculate the explosive equivalent of specific impulse of the test device was obtained according to explosion similarity law fitting;finally,designed a visualization program to quickly carry out the power inversion of the explosive field,and can be used to guide the installation of the device and output power field parameters.The test device designed in this paper has simple principles,high quantification,good data acquisition rate,and low technical threshold,which can significantly reduce the cost of explosive shock wave power field evaluation.The problem-solving ideas provided are useful for developing ammunition under complex conditions.Power evaluation and appraisal also have certain reference significance. |
