| Sejila Alpine Meadow is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River. It is rich in plant resources. It is not only an important part of the ecological system of Sejila, but also an important resource for the development of local animal husbandry. It is called a natural pasture. In recent years, the Sejila alpine meadow ecosystem has been seriously damaged, and human and grazing trampling is an important reason for destroying the alpine meadow ecosystem. Moreover, due to the high average elevation of the Sejila alpine meadow, the human trampling intensity is limited, and overgrazing is the key reason for the degradation of the meadow. In order to understand the response of plant communities in Sejila alpine meadow to trampling disturbance, this study conducted field simulated trampling, field observation and data measurement on the eastern slope of Sejila Mountain in November 2022,and constructed a regression analysis model between the relative coverage of Sejila alpine meadow communities and species and the trampling intensity,to quantify the resistance of Sejila alpine meadow communities and species to trampling disturbance. In order to deeply explore the relationship between plant functional traits and treading disturbance in Sejila alpine meadow, this paper further analyzes the response of species and communities to treading disturbance under the influence of plant functional traits in Sejila alpine meadow from the aspects of life type, growth type, height, morphological structure, leaf size and reproduction mode, and reveals the reasons for the difference in response of different plants to treading disturbance, and based on the above two analyses,The response analysis results of Jila alpine meadow to trampling disturbance were obtained. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The research based on the simulation experiment of trampling found that the trampling disturbance had a significant impact on the community structure of the Sejila alpine meadow. The vegetation height, coverage and abundance decreased with the increase of the intensity of trampling disturbance, but it was not a simple linear relationship. The difference between the different altitudes was not significant. In terms of the impact of trampling disturbance on the number of vegetation, with the increase of trampling intensity, the number of dominant species and semi-vegetation decreased significantly. The response of the communities in Sejila alpine meadow to the trampling disturbance is closer to the linear shape, that is,with the increase of the trampling disturbance intensity, the community coverage decreases, and the trampling intensity that the sample plots at 3500 m,3550 m and 3600 m above sea level can withstand is5685 times,5708 times and 5376 times, respectively. The response of dominant species to trampling disturbance in Sejila alpine meadow is more close to the curve shape, and the resistance of sample plots at different altitudes to trampling disturbance is not significantly different.(2)Based on the study of plant functional traits,it is found that the resistance of plants of the Sargassaceae to trampling interference is significantly higher than that of miscellaneous grass plants, and the resistance index of upright species to trampling interference is lower than that of rosette and cluster plants. There are three plant functional species with strong resistance to trampling disturbance in the Sejila alpine meadow, which are low * tufted *grass species, low * rosette * weed species, and medium * tufted * sedge species.(3)The treading simulation experiment is beneficial to visually observe the changes of the external representation characteristics of the communities and species in the Sejila alpine meadow; The analysis from the perspective of plant functional traits is helpful to explain the difference of response of different vegetation in the treading disturbance experiment in Sejila alpine meadow, and has certain predictability.Although the above two research methods have different angles of analysis, the analysis results of the response of Sejila alpine meadow to trampling disturbance are basically the same, which indicates that the analysis of the response of Sejila alpine meadow to trampling disturbance from the perspective of plant functional traits is an effective supplement to the research content. The key to the analysis of plant functional traits is the selection of analysis indicators.Subsequent research can explore the optimization and quantitative analysis of plant functional traits analysis indicators,so as to make the research content more detailed and rich. After clarifying the characteristics of alpine meadow response to trampling disturbance in southeast Tibet, this paper tries to put forward management suggestions for alpine meadow in southeast Tibet,in order to provide reference for relevant departments of alpine meadow ecological environment protection in southeast Tibet,or provide ideas for similar research. |
