| Qing gan leek(Allium Przewalskianum Regel)and broad leaf leek(Allium hookeri Thwaites)are two wild allium plants of exploitation and utilization value, but leaves the crude fiber content is higher, the wild state of poor taste, moderate shading can effectively reduce the content of crude fiber,Enhance the taste quality. At present, there has been no report on the shading of these two wild allium plants. Therefore,in this study, annual seedlings were used as test materials, and six shading treatments with different intensity of full light CK(0%),40%(T1),60%(T2),70%(T3),80%(T4)and nearly 100%(T5)were set.The main results of the experiment were as follows:(1)The growth indexes of two wild allium species were ranked from high to low under different shading treatments: the leaf growth ranking was 70% >60% > 40% > 0% > 80% > 100% under shading treatments; The stem growth order of Leek root was 70% > 60% > 40% > 0% > 80% > 100% under shading treatment. The growth order of underground roots of Leek green was 0% >40% > 60% > 70% > 80% > 100%.The growth order of Leek leaves was 70% >80% > 60% > 40% > 80% > 0%.The stem growth order of Leek broadleaf underground was 70% > 60% > 40% > 0% > 80% > 100% under shading treatment. The growth order of underground roots of Leek broadleaf was 70% >60% > 40% > 80% > 0% > 100%.The water content of leaves and underground stems of two wild allium species was the same as that of shading treatment100% > 80% > 70% > 60% > 40% > 0%.The results showed that the leaves and underground stems of two wild allium species had the highest growth under70% shading treatment, the underground roots of Leek and Leek broadleaf had the highest growth under 0% and 70% shading treatment, respectively, and the water content of two wild Allium species was the highest under 100% shading treatment.(2)Effects of different shading treatments on physiological indexes of two wild allium species. Results: The comprehensive physiological indexes of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and chloroplast pigment contents of Leek were the highest in 70% shading treatment, and showed a significant increasing trend compared with CK(0%)shading treatment(P < 0.05),and the chlorophyll content was the lowest in 100% shading treatment. The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and chloroplast pigment were the highest in 70% shading treatment, and showed a significant increasing trend compared with CK(0%)shading treatment(P < 0.05),and the chlorophyll content was the lowest in 100% shading treatment. The results showed that the decrease of light intensity was beneficial to the accumulation of chlorophyll content in Leek and Leek.(3)Effects of different shading treatments on quality indexes of two wild allium species. Results: The contents of soluble protein,Vc,soluble sugar and crude cellulose in leaves and underground stems of Leek were the highest under40% shading treatment, and significantly higher than that under 100% shading treatment(P < 0.05).The contents of soluble protein,Vc,soluble sugar and crude cellulose were the highest in CK(0%)shading treatment, which were significantly higher than those in 100% shading treatment(P < 0.05).Tests show that two In wild allium species, shading for a long time will lead to the reduction of quality index, which is not conducive to the accumulation of nutritional quality.Based on the results of growth indexes, physiological indexes and quality indexes of leaves, underground stems and underground roots of two wild allium species, the order from high to low was 40% > 60% > 0% > 70% > 80% > 100%,and the order from high to low was 70% > 40% > 60% > 0% > 80% >100%.The optimum growth and development light intensity was 17k1 x at 40%shading treatment, and 7k1 x at 70% shading treatment. The growth and development of the two wild allium species were the worst under 100% shading, and the light intensity was 0.2k1 x. |
