With the development of hypersonic aircraft and laser technology,laser has been preliminary used in the field of anti-aircraft.There is no doubt that the research on aerodynamic heat and thermal effect of laser irradiation of hypersonic aircraft is of great significance.However,there is still a lack of direct research on this kind of problem in the relevant literature and data published at home and abroad.In this paper,the aerodynamic heat and thermal effect of laser irradiation of hypersonic aircraft is studied by combining wind tunnel test and numerical simulation.The aerodynamic thermal environment of a blunt cone model under hypersonic test condition was studied by wind tunnel test.Through the thermocouple arranged on the model wall,the temperature of the model wall was 1150K and 1131K,respectively.The effects of grid effect and turbulence model on the accuracy of aerodynamic thermal numerical simulation were studied by numerical simulation.When the y+number of the wall is kept at about 1 and the SST k-ωtwo-equation model is used to calculate,the wall temperature of the model is 1150K and 1148K,respectively.The error between this and the test data is within 3%,and the aerodynamic thermal environment calculation is more accurate.The aerodynamic heat of the blunt double cone model 0°attack angle at 20km5Ma,25km6Ma,30km7Ma and 30km7Ma at 0°,4°,8°attack angle respectively were studied by the numerical simulation method which can accurately calculate the aerodynamic heat of hypersonic aircraft.The air physical parameters are inserted into the solver by polynomial fitting method to improve the accuracy of calculation.Under these conditions,the pressure and temperature of the model wall are affected by flight altitude and Mach number.The flow field structure is mainly affected by the attack angle.With the increase of the attack angle,the shock wave interference phenomenon will occur on the model wall,and local high temperature and pressure area will appear.By the numerical simulation method,the thermal effect of laser irradiation on the blunt double cone model in hypersonic air was studied.The heating conditions of the model at the position of the first cone and the second cone were analyzed when the loading time of laser irradiation was 1-3s and the power density was 250,500 and750k W/m~2.With the addition of laser irradiation,the blunt double cone model in the state of aerodynamic heat equilibrium soon reaches the state of heat equilibrium again.Laser irradiation mainly affects the wall temperature and normal temperature in the irradiation area and behind the irradiation area.
