| The streamwise corner flow is widely present in the flow inside and outside the aircraft,which has a significant impact on the aerodynamic force and aerodynamic heat of the flow field.Although the cross-stream velocity caused by the corner vortex only accounts for 1~2% of the main flow,it has a non-negligible effect on the flow transport and the wall parameter distribution.In this text,numerical simulation methods are used to study the corner vortex spatial development characteristics of the corner flow field under different Mach number,Reynolds number and corner angle,the parameters of the corner flow field and the control of the corner vortex.At first,the spatial development of the corner vortex is studied.It is found that the corner vortex is symmetrical about the corner bisector.As the corner vortex develops downstream,its area gradually increases and the distance between it and the corner also increases.Further research found that different parameters will affect the spatial development and the morphological characteristics of the corner vortex.The position of the corner vortex core is closer to the corner as the Reynolds number increases.The larger the Mach number,the smaller the area of the corner vortex and the smaller the total vortex intensity.Based on the spatial development characteristics of the corner vortex,the influence of the corner vortex on the wall friction coefficient and the heat flux density near the wall is studied.It is found that as the increase of the Mach number,the wall friction coefficient decreases and the heat flux density near the wall increases.At the same time,using the vortex core coordinates for dimensionlessness,the two extreme points of the wall friction coefficient and the wall heat flux spanwise distribution have a good consistency,which indicates that the corner vortex is the key factor affecting the wall friction coefficient and the heat flux.In order to realize the control of the corner vortex,a new method of streamwise corner flow field control based on vortex generators is proposed.The results show that the positive and negative effects can be achieved by changing the configuration of the vortex generator.When the direction of the vortex generated by the vortex generator is opposite to the corner vortex,it shows a weak effect;when the direction is the same,it shows an enhancement effect.The control effect is different when the parameters of the vortex generator are different.On this basis,the effect of controlling corner vortex on the coordinates of the vortex core and wall friction is studied.It is found that weakening the corner vortex will make the vortex core move away from the corner and increase the friction coefficient.On the contrary,enhancing the corner vortex will make the vortex core move toward the corner and decrease the friction coefficient. |
