| Water resources are essential resources to ensure human survival,economic and social development and ecological balance.With the increasingly prominent problems of regional water security and the launch of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for water security,people gradually pay attention to regional water security.How to improve water security and manage water security has become a key issue.Therefore,it is urgent to evaluate the situation of regional water resources security and find out the factors affecting regional water resources security and put forward suggestions and opinions to improve the situation of water resources security.By analyzing the situation of water resources and the development of economy,society and ecology in Kunming City in recent years,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of water resources security in Kunming City from four aspects: water resources quantity security,economic security,social security and ecological security.The Sparrow-search algorithm optimized support vector Machine evaluation model(SSA-SVM)and TOPSIS evaluation model with combined weights were used to evaluate the water resources security of Kunming for many years,and index sensitivity was introduced for analysis.The main research results are as follows:(1)20 evaluation indexes were initially selected from the four aspects of water resource quantity security,economic security,social security and ecological security.Correlation analysis was carried out on each index to screen out the indexes with high information duplication.Finally,15 evaluation indexes were selected to construct the evaluation index system of water resource security in Kunming City.(2)The sparrow search algorithm(SSA)was used to optimize the parameters of the support vector machine(SVM),and the SSA-SVM evaluation model was established to evaluate the water resources security in Kunming from 2011 to 2020.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method were used to assign weights to the evaluation indexes of water resources security in Kunming,and the TOPSIS evaluation model of combined weights was established to evaluate the situation of water resources security in Kunming.The results show that the evaluation results obtained by the two models are roughly the same,and the water resources security situation of Kunming City from 2011 to 2020 is generally in the basic security state.Therefore,the SSA-SVM evaluation model is feasible for regional water resources security evaluation,and the evaluation results have reference significance.(3)Introduce index sensitivity analysis,analyze 15 indicators respectively,and put forward targeted suggestions and opinions according to the indicators with high sensitivity,so as to provide reference basis for improving water resources security in Kunming City. |
