The complex damage situation of buildings after encountering earthquakes, coupled with the complex behavior of the affected population, has greatly increased the difficulty of earthquake emergency evacuation and rescue work. With the continuous development of the current earthquake disaster early warning technology, earthquake disasters can be early warned for a short time in advance, and the emergency evacuation of explosive gathering personnel after the first wave of earthquake is stable will become more important, which puts forward higher requirements for the speed and quality of emergency evacuation and rescue after the earthquake. This article models and studies the impact of evacuation environment and personnel psychological behavior on emergency evacuation in earthquake disaster scenarios based on the theory of intelligent agents.Firstly, the physical model simulation method was combined with evacuation experiments to study the indoor evacuation environment and obstacles in buildings.Next, research will be conducted on the impact of personnel panic behavior on emergency evacuation in earthquake disaster scenarios. Finally,an emergency evacuation model for personnel in earthquake disaster scenarios was established based on the theory of intelligent agents, and simulation research was conducted on multi theoretical scale evacuation in campus areas. The research work and achievements are as follows:(1)By combining seismic analysis theory with time history analysis of buildings, the demand parameter values that affect the seismic damage of indoor object components are obtained. The seismic damage of indoor objects is studied through simplified physical model simulation methods, and the impact of concave, convex, and rectangular types of obstacles caused by indoor object seismic damage in campus areas on indoor crowd evacuation is studied through experiments and simulation analysis. The calculation formulas for sliding, overturning, and falling of indoor items were derived, and the feasibility of the calculation formula was verified through experiments; The research results indicate that all three types of obstacles have an impact on crowd evacuation, but concave obstacles can lead to a phenomenon of "backflow" in the crowd, seriously blocking pedestrian evacuation and affecting the degree of crowd evacuation.(2)A questionnaire survey was conducted to statistically analyze the psychology and behavior of personnel in the campus area under earthquake disaster scenarios.Simulation and experiments were conducted to study the impact of panic psychology and pedestrian density on crowd evacuation during earthquake disasters. The results indicate that when the pedestrian density exceeds 0.6,the impact of panic psychology on crowd evacuation significantly increases, and the evacuation time significantly increases. When pedestrian density is too high, crowded crowds are more likely to cause panic and increase the difficulty of evacuation; After the proportion of panicked individuals exceeds 0.4,the impact of panic psychology on crowd evacuation intensifies, leading to a "fast then slow" congestion phenomenon in the crowd, which hinders crowd evacuation very clearly.(3)Based on the theory of intelligent agents,an emergency evacuation model for personnel in earthquake disaster scenarios was established, and the feasibility of the model was verified through evacuation experiments of teaching buildings. The Anylogic simulation software was used to simulate the earthquake evacuation of campus teaching buildings, libraries, and the overall campus. The results indicate that the teaching building, library, and the entire campus area have experienced congestion at staircases, larger classrooms and reading room exits, densely populated buildings, and narrow roads between buildings. The main reason is that people follow the crowd blindly and do not make reasonable use of evacuation roads. In the process of campus area evacuation, guide personnel should be arranged at the intersection to guide the crowd to the unimpeded path for evacuation,so as to reduce blind Conformity, reduce evacuation congestion, reduce the total evacuation time, and reduce the loss of life and property.
