Abstract/Summary:
As the treasures of the Chinese nation,acupuncture and massage are suitable for neurological diseases,bone and joint diseases,endocrine diseases,respiratory diseases,etc.Acupuncture combined with massage is one of the most ideal treatment methods.Traditional acupuncture and massage methods have extremely high requirements for the selection and manipulation of acupuncture points,and highly rely on the doctor’s experience.Common electric acupuncture and massage instruments solve the above problems,but they usually use fixed stimulation pulses and vibrations,and the cycle is repeated.The human body is prone to tolerance and affects the curative effect.Even if you change the physical therapy mode,you need to rely on the doctor’s subjective judgment.The brain is the human body’s control and decision-making system,but the means of online analysis of Electroencephalogram(EEG),signals and intelligent adjustment based on this are seldom used in physical therapy equipment.As a new type of physiotherapy instrument,the EEG feedback intelligent facial paralysis physiotherapy system uses modern information technology to use the EEG signal induced in electro-acupuncture and massage physiotherapy as the basis for transforming the physiotherapy waveform,and intelligently adjusts the output signal to solve the problem that the human body is stimulated by a single signal for a long time,improving the effect of physical therapy.In order to solve the problem of tolerance,this system studies the correlation between the EEG signal formed by the body’s mechanism reaction and tolerance in the process of facial paralysis according to the theory of intelligent control,and uses the tolerance as the basis for adjustment.The physiotherapy plan is formed intelligently,and the physiotherapy effect is improved.This thesis mainly completes the following tasks:(1)Studied the correlation between EEG signal and tolerance,and used wavelet transform,sample entropy,Fisher discriminant and support vector machine for intelligent recognition.(2)A hardware system composed of EEG acquisition and comprehensive physiotherapy was designed,the function and circuit structure of the hardware were optimized,and EEG signal with high signal-to-noise ratio and reliable physiotherapy pulses were obtained.(3)Developed an EEG signal intelligent analysis system,according to the EEG signal generated by the human body,intelligently switch the physiotherapy mode.(4)The production and testing of the system have been completed,confirming that the EEG feedback intelligent facial paralysis physiotherapy system can well overcome the shortcomings of traditional physiotherapy equipment that are prone to tolerance.
