Abstract/Summary:
Infrastructure systems are the lifeblood of social and economic development,including electricity,water supply,natural gas and oil,and communications.Among these systems,the power network is particularly crucial,because it ensures the operation and management of other systems.However,it is being plagued by natural disasters,aging components,increased demand and other factors,which increases its risks and seriously impedes social and economic development.Moreover,judging from some major power outages,once the power network fails,the affected area is wide and the outage time is long,causing serious economic losses.Therefore,in order to ensure the security and stable operation of the power network,it is of great significance to evaluate its robustness.This paper evaluates the robustness of power network based on the complex network theory.First of all,in order to evaluate the robustness of power network more comprehensively,combining with the knowledge of network structure and power system,the robustness assessment is carried out from structural perspective and functional perspective.Taking the IEEE118 and IEEE300 bus system in standard test system as the study case,the topological structure of bus test case is clear and definite.The robustness measurement metrics and failure model are established,and the changes of network structural robustness and functional robustness under different failure models are analyzed.Moreover,the Convolutional Neural Networks in deep learning is applied to classify network topology.Finally,the follow-up restoration work of power network is implemented,and the recovery ability of power network is explored from two aspects of structure and function.The resilience measurement indicators are established.The process of network recovery has been untangled and network recovery strategies are developed.The differences between structural resilience and functional resilience of power network under different recovery strategies are analyzed.At the same time,based on the investigation into the correlation between the two types of resilience,the internal relations and differences between them are analyzed.The related research in this paper will provide decision support for the restoration,optimization and protection of power network.
