As a barrel shooting weapon with a long range and powerful firepower,artillery has always been an important firepower and part of the army.As an important part of the artillery,the barrel determines the shooting speed and strike accuracy of the artillery projectile.Therefore,It is very important for the evaluation of the life of the artillery barrel.At present,the evaluation of the life of the gun barrel is mainly realized by detecting the internal wear of the gun barrel.Therefore,in this paper,combined with the characteristics of the existing gun barrel inner diameter measurement,based on the principle of spectral confocal displacement sensing,a new type of The new gun barrel inner diameter detection system solves the problem of precise measurement in narrow and long barrels,and has the advantages of simple operation,high precision and good stability.The main research contents and work of this paper are as follows:1.Completed the overall design of the gun barrel inner diameter measurement system based on the principle of spectral confocal displacement sensing,and analyzed in detail the spectral confocal displacement sensing principle,self-centering measurement principle and absolute value calibration principle of the caliper system.2.The hardware unit design of the system is completed.In the hardware structure design,the design of each module of the caliper system is completed first,and through the switching of three positioning positions,a caliper can measure the inner diameter of artillery barrels of different calibers.In the software part,the system control function is realized,and the software structure design and the process design of the system measurement software are completed.3.Complete the error analysis and calculation of the system.Including eccentricity accuracy error,lateral and longitudinal pose error,displacement sensor probe installation error,ambient temperature change error and calibration error of calibration tube.Among them,for the most influential system eccentricity error,the system eccentricity error is compensated by using the self-centering measurement principle combined with the least square method of fitting a circle,which makes the structure design simpler and the measurement operation more convenient.4.Completed the system parameter calibration experiment and precision test experiment.The distance measurement accuracy and linearity analysis of the displacement sensor is realized,and the linear coefficient is measured;the calibration point parameters are obtained by measuring the series stainless steel pipes of the third-party measurement unit,and the series stainless steel pipes are measured and precision analyzed through the calibrated parameters..The experimental results show that the measurement error range of the displacement sensor is-2.99μm~2.48μm,and the standard deviation is 1.30μm.For the inner diameter meter,combining the three positioning positions,the discreteness of the measurement data is less than4.5μm,and the maximum measurement error is 8.5μm,which meets the system’s10μm accuracy requirement.
