Along with our country economic development of science and technology,the bird populations more attention to the diversity of the monitoring and protection,in order to better monitoring birds,researchers often worn on the body in birds tracker implementation of research,but there is big limitation in the tracker,so this paper wearable device with FDM fused deposition process,the design and manufacture of the structure of two kinds of wearable.In this paper,pigeons are selected as the experimental model,and the pigeon model is obtained through the three-dimensional scanning system of complex curved surface.On the basis of the pigeon model,the structure design is carried out to design a wearable structure that conforms to the contour of the pigeon body surface.The two wearable structures designed were assembled with the pigeon model in the CREO software,and the load layout was optimized by calculating the coincidence of the center of gravity.ICEM CFD software was used to divide the mesh area,and finite element software was used to simulate the flow field.The effects of different windward angles on the two kinds of wearing structures were compared and analyzed.Combined with the melting deposition forming process,the forming parameters such as single layer thickness,nozzle temperature,filling rate and filling Angle were studied,and the optimal process of wearable structure was obtained.The weight of the wearable structure greatly affects the flight status of birds,so the lightweight of the structure is extremely important.On the basis of the optimal forming process,the filling shape and material removal shape of the forming structure were studied,and the lightweight design of the structure was carried out.Wearable material structure should be adapted to complex external environment,so the selection of materials rubber thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU),belongs to the flexible material,but TPU material single nozzle 3D printers cannot complete a integrated TPU material cantilever beam structure,so this article according to the actual structure of wearable molding needs,design the corresponding support structure,has realized the single nozzle 3D printers,the integration of the structure forming.Through the above research,this paper designed and manufactured two kinds of wearable structures in line with the life behavior characteristics of pigeons,and solved the problem that the local parameter differential setting of the wearable structure could not be realized in the integration molding of melt deposition process by using the structure method of segmentation model.The two structures were carried out on live pigeons respectively,and the experiments proved that the pigeons could complete the basic life activities such as self-adaptation and flight under the condition of 15 g heavy load.
